THIS TOUR IS DIFFERENT THAN OTHER TOURS! I focus on food and drinks. The main focus is drinking at each spot while we eat some great food. I provide 5 hour tours. I will be taking you around the neighborhood that has the best food in Seoul, HANDS DOWN! There are tiny alleys that even Koreans don’t know about! I have taken many people around here…

Best food tour ever! - This was one of the best food tours that we’ve ever done while exploring a new city! Mike did an excellent job of showing us both popular and under-the-radar spots for food and drinks, and shared some interesting culture tidbits as well. He really knows what he’s talking about when it comes to food!

Great walking tour - We met Mike and he took us on a great tour of the city. We had so much fun learning about the history of the market and the origin of the food and drinks we had. Mike was super friendly, a lot of fun, and very professional. Highly recommend booking with Mike if you want a great walking tour of Seoul.

Finding the gems - If very tasty Korean food (without a high-end price tag) is what you're looking for, go on Mike's tour. During my short trip to Seoul, I've experienced some mediocre tasting food and it can be a bit like finding a needle in a haystack to get to the good stuff. The places you are taken on during this tour show you just how flavourful and delicious market and street food can be.

Exception food tour, and I’ve done a lot - Mike is a “foodie” who eats at all the eateries in Seoul, so he can give you the best of the best. He will also give recommendations for other areas of Seoul, or other types of food not covered in tour. Be ready to be adventurous in your culinary delights. We toured a market, eating the best of the best, both sweet & savory, as well as several restaurants. We got some food history along with discussions about what makes particular dishes exceptional versus good. In addition to food Mike gave us a Makgeoll, rice wine, tasting. Just like grape based wine, there are are many different types of Makgeolli. Later at a restaurant we ordered Makgeolli with our meal & I never would have if I had not been educated by Mike. Highly recommend this tour for adventurous foodies who love local cuisines.

Great Food Tour by Mike! - Mike gave a great tour in and around the Gwangjang Market area! He was very knowledgeable about the market, food, history, and culture and led us to some great spots! The food was excellent, and different than what we could have found on our own. The rice wine tasting was unique and very cool as well! Mike was also willing and happy to share with us additional recommendations for places to eat in the areas we were interested in, and his recommendations for BBQ and traditional korean were excellent as well!

Fun indulgence of local food and drink - As advertised. Mike has all the best spots picked out as you weave around the food and drink areas of Seoul. You will not be disappointed and surely you will be stuffed. Wide variety of foods and drink. The rice wine tasting was an unexpected treat. Our group was a lot of fun. Highly recommend!

The best food-tasting tour so far. - A five-hour trip with lots of exciting food and drinks. The best food-tasting trip so far. Started at the food market and then continued to various small local places tucked away in small alleys. Can absolutely be recommended. Our guide did an excellent job, and with lots of knowledge.
