Engage in hands-on preparation of traditional dishes such as the Gilda pintxo, Spanish potato omelet, cod in pil pil sauce, red piquillo peppers, and the famous burnt cheesecake. Throughout the class, participants will acquire new skills, like expertly flipping a Spanish tortilla, and gain a deeper understanding of the city’s culinary heritage, while uncovering the stories behind each dish.
