Does the job on a rainy day - Despite the previous horrendous reviews I would like to recommend this trip. It covers all the attractions in an hour and provides advice for the ones that are recommended for a further visit. Yes the occasional crackly commentary is very irritating but it's a simple bus tour. Hop on and gaze at the city as you are driven round. For us on a two day visit on a rainy day it was a no brainer and a lot of people joined us. The time of pick up was pretty good but we needed to go to a bus stop to read the timetable. The toilet stop was much appreciated . Incidentally it was half the price of the same trip in Santander.

Good - There’s are 2 tours.. the bus and a little train. We did the bus and like similar services around the world, it was a good way to orientate yourself with a new city

Musical Chairs. - Have to agree with everything that has been said about the sub standard audio system. Surely the most important feature on a tour bus is its ability to let all customers hear what is being said about the history of the place. We took the only 2 spare seats available on the top deck, they were available for a reason, the audio only worked out of one side, and only worked out of one ear on that one side. After that we started playing musical chairs, every time someone got off, the race started to see if the audio worked in their seats. Avoid until they they rectify what seems this common complaint.

Cop on,please-display No 1 stop properly - This gets one star, based on the sheer fact that people are supposed to be mind readers as to where the No 1 stop is. In front of Argitan, but which side?!! No bus stop,no notice, nothing. Cop yourself on,please. I wont be the only tourist walking around looking for a non existant stop.

Don’t do it. - Complete waste of time. Commentary on a par with French resistance radios in WW2. If you’ve got an hour to spare try home dentistry rather than going on this tour bus.

So Disappointing - One of the worst tours except for Auckland in New Zealand. Paid 24 euros for the tour, few of the tour information units worked in the bus so we gave up, as did many others. The bus ride lasts about an hour and there are very few interesting aspects - take you through town several ways and around the beachfront several ways. Other than that, nothing to show for your 24 euros - save your money.

Don't bother!! - No memorable parts. Bus never arrived at Aquarium stop one at any time during the day. Only one bus operating so 1 hr between buses!! No buses between 13.30 and 15.30. No commentary working on all four seats we had....... only white noise!! Awful experience

Worst bus tour ever! Don’t do it. - Driver must’ve hated his job, drove recklessly, and nearly caused an elderly woman to fall. If you sit up top, be careful. Tree branches nearly hit me twice. Town is too small to justify a tour bus. Don’t bother.

Normally a good experience in most cities we use it in. But alas the San Sebastián one was very poor. - Very poor signage. No indication of where to get it. We waited at a point beside the aquarium for well over an hour. Then we decided to walk down the hill in the direction of where it would come from. Then a bus flew past us and turned at a location well between us and the aquarium. Even tho we tried to hail it down, the female driver wouldn’t stop. Even tho she had seen us earlier on her way up towards the aquarium.

Waste of money and time - Please save your money and avoid this at all costs. Waited for over an hour and no bus arrived. Tried to get in touch with customer service and it was an unbelievable bad experience. €48 euros wasted. Please take note
