I feel sorry for the people who don't get this tour! - Wonderful experience! I wouldn't want to see the Cliff of Moher (pronounced like "Mohair" for Americans) without a wonderful walk like this. Pat had a nice loud voice and struck a brisk tone for the walk. Sometimes he didn't gather everyone carefully before saying something, but he is not a professional guide. He did a great job telling us about the land and his home and life there. I felt sorry for the people who just drove up and saw the area without a guide. So much better!

Best trail tour ever!! - I highly recommend this trail tour that brings you to locations with sights not seen from the side that the buses drop people off. Pat is the best - grew up here on the family farm and had so much to share!!!

So and no different to the Cliffs! - The hike with Pat was a great experience! A very authentic and likeable Irishman and local patriot who can tell stories for hours, thrillingly and with great humor. He knows his way around wonderfully; we actually hiked across his own country in places. They are paths that are little-trodden and, in some cases, prohibited for the general public. At the destination, you appreciate it all the more when you encounter mass tourism again. The tour is ascending and already ambitious due to the slopes and also the walking pace. You have to be sure-footed and in any case dizzy. Not for people with physical disabilities or families with small children!

Most impactful encounter of our trip in Ireland and absorbing experience of the Cliffs of Moher imaginable - Patrick was fun, experienced, a local lifelong resident, and even took us on some ‘off the beaten path’ places to get the best views of all of the Cliffs of Moher. Granted, we had a 10 out of 10 sunny weather, no wind day. He took advantage of that and took videos/pictures of scenes we may not have noticed…puffins on edges, birds nests, waterfalls out of the cliffs rocks, and videos from sketchy areas we wouldn’t get near. It was not only breathtaking walk, but probably one of the best walks I’ve ever been on, and I’ve been on a lot! Don’t miss this incredible experience! Absolutely the BEST way to experience Doolin and the Cliffs of Moher!

Great hike for those in decent shape! - Pat is a fun character with many stories and interesting facts about the area. He took us on a tremendous 5-mile hike along the edge of the cliffs all the way to the O’Brien Tower and visitors center. We got lucky with the weather and had an incredible day. Well worth it.

Fantastic hike, super scenery,. Adventure galore,. Best activity in Ireland. - The hike leader is an amazing story teller, personality,. With a clear boomy voice everyone can hear. The hike scenery was stunning and a million times better then just from the visitor center. You have to take this hike.

Excellent with Patrick - The tour with Patrick is outstanding. I would have given it 5 stars except the tour is advertised as a walk along the top of the Cliffs of Moher but doesn’t mention the climbs necessary to get to the top. Very strenuous in places for 5 miles.
