Fun to see so many Penguins - We took this tour while on a Viking Cruise and it was an awesome tour. The Penguins were amazing to see so many. It was easily thousands of Penguins on the beach. Many taking dips in the water to stay cool and some trying to hide in the sand as it was about 97F that day. The one thing that we were told and also signs informing us, is the Penguins have the right way to cross the path, so stop and let them through. One spot 2 Penguins were coming to the path, and a few of us stopped and were waiting for them to cross. It was funny, as they kept looking like they were waiting for us to cross, looking to the left and right. They were more polite than some humans.

Great experience of the local wildlife - Great day with different opportunities to see the wildlife of the area. Christian, the guide, was excellent in coordinating it all and in providing extremely detailed information about the area and its wildlife. Dolphin boat trip was really worth doing but was an extra cost on the day - need to budget for that.

Awesome experience - Got to see so many penguins and sea lions! We began with a hotel pick up and we stopped somewhere for a bathroom stop and then headed over to a beach that had sea lions that we got to get close to. Afterwards we headed to a small restaurant to have lunch before going to see the penguins!

Great time seeing the penguins up close - Very fun tour to see the penguins at Punta Tombo. Even though the bus ride is a bit long it was worth it! Our guide was very informative and gave the tour in both English and Spanish. There was plenty of time to explore the park and see the penguins in action. We made a stop after Punta Tombo to see some elephant seals pretty close up.

Penguin! - Seeing the penguins was so great, but it was hard to walk to the end of the trail. More handrails and benches would help. Christian and Paulo were great- so informative and professional.

Excellent tour of penguins. - Our guide was wonderful and a wealth of information. She made the long drive go by quickly. We loved the penguin reserve and the tea house. This was one of our favorite tours on this trip to Argentina.

Swiss recession - We were picked up directly from the hotel and returned. Were on site at the agreed time. Tour guide could give us a lot of knowledge and gave tips beyond. Very accommodating and warm. Isla Escondida is worth the trip. The sea elephants are very impressive. Punta Tombo exceeds the imagination of what large areas the penguins spend. Is very touristy, which can be expected with many visitors. Were on the road all day as great distances have to be covered by car/bus. Nevertheless highly recommended!

Good excursion but cramped van rude - The excursion was good, but it’s long van ride from the cruise port. The seats are small and not enough leg room so it is very uncomfortable.
