Recommended - Very well organized. Interesting information about the history and city of Dresden is revealed. We have already done many city tours in other cities. However, this provider is definitely one of the best in the industry.

very informative - We took the 2-day ticket and saw a lot with it. We went with 4 different drivers who couldn't have been more different. The explanations are comprehensive, which we really liked. One thing to criticize is the unprofessional tickets: for each day there was a thermal paper printout about 45cm long. On the second day we always had to show both printouts. There is room for savings in materials and better handling by the hundreds of guests every day.

An overview of Dresden's hotspots - I first took a bus where the announcements were recorded. There were a few people chatting to each other in a friendly manner. This bothered an older couple so much that they shouted through the bus in military commando style to stop the conversation. I have never experienced anything like it before. A man in his early 60s told four female friends to "shut their f---- ups". He threatened to repeat it several times. The man sitting in the front row on the left can be glad that the women were nice, because after all, his cell phone was constantly ringing and he was also chatting to his wife in a pink dress. I have never experienced such terrible fellow bus passengers. With the male and drunken fellow passengers, this could have quickly turned into a fight. After I changed buses, where a bus driver himself made the announcements and talked about life in Dresden, it was really great. There were nice people on board. You can get an overview of Dresden and get some great tips. The night watchman tour was also nice. The rustic humor about the mistresses of that time is obviously too much for gender-conscious people. I found it funny.

Great to get an overview of Dresden. - At the top and front you really have the best view and the cold wind does not blow, it comes through the slits in the windows that are removed in the summer. Wind and rattling on the many original GDR roads are included for free. The tour shows you all the important things. Get out and after half an hour the next bus arrives ideally.

The bus tour was informative and enjoyable. - The bus was nice, but in November it does not go often. Also, the free walking tour and night tour were not offered in English in November. I asked ahead of time, but no one could tell me if they were in English. We still enjoyed the bus tour.

Just don't book online. - Online tickets must be cumbersomely exchanged for a paper ticket before bus admission. The additional waiting time annoys considerably.

Not my favorite - I wasnt impressed with the tour. We didn't have much time to see the sights and opted for hop on hop off. Sometimes they work and sometimes they dont'. We also had to buy a 2 day pass knowing we didn't need it since we werent going to be there.

Do not take this tour. Waste of time and money - Boring bus tour; terrible narrative; would strongly dissuade anyone from paying for this tour; it was boring, poorly done, etc

Not recommended. - We felt discrimination today after the driver told us that it was an "only German bus" and did not want us to ride the bus. Even tough we only wanted a ride back to the main square. Busses are flithy and old. Not recommended specially if you have colored skin.

Not what he should be!! - There were several things about this experience that were bad. First, one of the main reasons we booked these tickets was because they advertised an included English speaking city tour. We saw that the night tour’s English speaking tour was not offered during the winter months, but that the city tour was. We planned our day to be at the tour’s meeting point at the designated time only to be told that they were not offering it any longer. Needless, to say that we were very disappointed. Next, twice as we were within 10 feet of the entrance door the bus drove off. Yes, we were running to catch the bus because the posted times were not reliable. The bus came late/early! Also, finally, our last bus driver drove without regard to the passengers’ safety or any pedestrian’s safety. He actually got into a fight with a gentleman after he stopped within two inches of his car. I am quite certain that the argument would have resulted in blows if the driver had been accessible. In closing, please reconsider taking this tour. We have taken these type of tours several times in several different locations and have never been disappointed before.
