• Rothenburg - After 8am, guests will be picked up from their hotel in Munich for a scenic drive northwest, lasting about 2 hours and 30 minutes, to the main destination of the day trip - Rothenburg ob der Tauber. A knowledgeable guide will lead a one-hour walking tour, sharing the rich history and showcasing the highlights of this stunning medieval town, often considered the most beautiful in Germany. Following the tour, guests will have approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes of free time to explore at their leisure. Options include climbing the Town Hall tower for breathtaking views, witnessing the “Meistertrunk” in the main square, visiting St. James Church, exploring the Crime Museum, capturing new profile pictures in front of Plönlein tower, or browsing the famous Christmas store and museum by Käthe Wohlfahrt for some shopping. During this time, guests can also enjoy a leisurely lunch, with recommendations provided for the best dining spots. ;-)
• Dinkelsbühl - At around 2pm, the tour will depart from Rothenburg and head south to the second destination - Dinkelsbühl, arriving in approximately 40 minutes. Here, the guide will conduct a 30-minute walking tour to highlight the town’s beautiful attractions. Afterwards, guests will have time for personal exploration or to relax with a cup of coffee and a piece of Bavarian pastry, soaking in the local atmosphere. ;-)

The tour will leave Dinkelsbühl at 4pm, aiming to return to Munich by around 6pm.

Please note that this is a private tour, offering great flexibility. The itinerary can be adjusted to suit personal preferences, such as spending more time in Rothenburg and less in Dinkelsbühl, or skipping the walking tour for additional shopping time.
