Interesting experience! Loved it! - Excellent experience! Very informative; Owner even came and spoke to us! Tasting was interesting! Amazing how flavors infused into olive oil! Friendly, kind, helpful staff. Comment: paths in olive yard NOT handicap accessible (large pebbles trap wheels)

Surprisingly Great! - We loved the lemon balsamic vinaigrette so much that we purchased a bottle to take home. There’s so many good things here. It was hard to make up my mind and I could’ve bought one of everything. You can also eat lunch at this facility. Our host shared with us the process in history of the farm.

Great experience with Nicole! - We enjoyed lunch at the Bistro followed by a tasting with Nicole. We were very impressed by all of the olive oils especially the infused oils. Nicole was fabulous, her knowledge and personality made it a great experience. The gift shop has a great variety of all of the Olive oils and essentials to add to your home. Highly recommend for a couples experience or a group of friends.

Fun Experience - It was a fun experience. Our visiting friends found this on TripAdvisor and thought it would be fun and it was. We live here and didn't know about it. You know, busy with life. Now that we know, we will bring future guests to visit.

Fun visit to Olive company - Everyone was very knowledgeable about the products, olive oil/balsamic vinegar. The tasting was an incredible experience. I loved the olive oil, but the balsamic vinegars stole the show! We enjoyed the cafe with the farm to table food . Finally shopping in the store was fun and informative. Got recipe cards for the oils and vinegars purchased. Highly reccommend

Olive Oil - I was really looking forward to seeing the grounds. Yes their oils were great. Their cheese plate was probably 4 stars. Still disappointed that there wasn’t much to see, ie no olive plants.

Love the balsamic vinegar!! - I enjoyed the tour and found it interesting as I knew nothing about the process of making oils or balsamic vinegar. The infusion of flavors and the tasting were very eye opening and delicious. The shop has a nice variety of unique items and it smells wonderful. The olive trees had been destroyed by the freeze and the ones replanted aren't anything to look at yet, but not their fault. My male partner wasn't as into it as I was so I noticed several males asking questions. Give it a shot. Our tour guide was enthusiastic and knew her stuff.

A little bit of Italy in Texas? - We added this stop in between wine tasting visits, it was worth the stop and a nice way to break up the day. We were not able to tour the grounds or get on an official tasting however, you can still visit the store and eat in the bistro. You are able to order a sampling/tasting of the olive oils and vinegars. The bistro is counter service with limited seating both indoor and outdoor.
