- DiveCampus - Dubai is a great place to get your scuba diving as the water temperatures are perfect all year round. PADI Open Water Certification is 3 day course where you will learn excellent skills to become a licensed diver and dive up to 18 meters deep. 3 In-water training days are flexible but it is best to pre-book to secure your slots. You will also need to complete your PADI e-learning which you can complete before you travel or between dives. To qualify for the PADI International license you will have to complete PADI e-Learning, 5 confined water dives (day 1 & 2) and four open water dives (day 2 & 3). Note: PADI eLearning inclusive of cost (AED 388.5) is non-refundable.
