Nothing Luxery about this Yacht - A few days before I met the yacht , I asked them where exactly should I be to find the yacht. They replied and told me to be at pier 7. I arrived maybe 30 minutes ahead of time like I was told and there was no one there. Finally about 10:30 am which was 30 minutes after my scheduled time someone showed up. I think this company really needs to work on communication because I called all the numbers they gave me that morning, and no one really knew where the yacht was. It was so bad, at one point I thought I was gonna lose the money I spent reserving this thing. I strongly advise you to have phone calling capability in Dubai, if you book this thing because without this, I think I would have lost my mind. It took maybe 10 calls before I finally received an answer on where the yacht actually was. Now to the yacht. Its a billion degrees in Dubai, so it would have been nice if they offered us water on a so called "luxery" yacht without us having to ask. When we finally got water, they had really small bottles of water.No cups or glasses were offered. As far as music, they had none, so I was asked to use my bluetooth on my phone which was annoying because the music stops whenever I want to take a photo or video.It was so hot that at one point me and my girlfriend wanted to take a shower. We used the one towel we found that we "hoped" was clean. The crew said there were no other towels. Don't expect any snacks or refreshments offered during this trip either. This is strictly get on the yacht, see some sights, and be happy. The crew was really nice , and took really nice pictures of me and my girlfriend. This is the one and only positive that I can say about this experience. The yacht also will not actually stop, so be prepared to see the sights and keep moving. I think it would have been nice if swimming was at least offered. So in conclusion, use this company if you have lots of patience, but if you are looking for a "luxery" experience. You will be very disappointed. This is maybe the most detailed review I ever gave in my life so hopefully, this company uses this and makes some changes.
