Miscommunication/ service/not telling enough info - Very bad experience I must say there was so much lack of communication and there was a lot of stuff not told and money not returned there are much better boats for cheaper and would not recommend at all and i am never going to ride such a fraud boat.

miscommunication/ service/not telling enough info - our experience was terrible as first we were about 1 min late and they told us that the boat has left and we'll not get the full mins in the another boat eventough we paid 600 AED , then after the argument they finally gave us the boat but we paid for the speedboat but they didnt inform us and put us on the slow boat even though it even says on their website 30 mins speed boat even though they told us that 30 mins is slow boat even though when they clearly mention on their website that 30 mins speed boat.
