Great day - We really enjoyed our tour. Our guide arrived at 9, as planned. Our tour guide drove safely, and we had 1.5 hours at the Grand Mosque, which was stunning. The art gallery was more of a shop, but still nice to see. Thank you!

RAH TOUR - DAY Trip to Abu Dhabi. - We booked the RAH tour for the day trip to Abu Dhabi from Dubai and the driver Prince was punctual to pick us from the hotel. Overall had a great trip wit RAH tours.

Disappointment! - The pick-up time in the booking was 9:00 a.m., the driver contacted us by What's App the day before the tour and told us that the pick-up time will be 9:15 a.m. The driver arrived at 9:45 a.m. He was 30 minutes late. Then all people who came for the tour had to wait another 15-20 minutes for another person who was late for the tour, so we ended up leaving for the tour one hour late. I don't understand why we all had to wait for someone who was more than 45 minutes late. The first stop was Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque Center and then we were taken to some kind of "museum" which wasn't really a museum it was a tourist trap with shops. We had like less than 10 minutes tour in that "museum" and then for another 30 minutes or more they were trying to sell us stuff, so we wasted our time for nothing. In our tour booking was stated that we will be taken to Abu Dhabi Mall, where we can spend two hours and have our lunch there instead the driver took us to some local buffet restaurant where we didn't want to eat as we didn't like the food there, so we had to wait for other people who decided to eat there. We were not taken to Heritage Village as it was stated in the booking. Seriously, I'm not trying to be horrible, but this tourist agency really should try to improve their service as we didn't enjoy our tour at all.

You get what you pay for - Book a private tour of Abu Dhabi from Dubai. Driver showed up a half hour late then made us wait while he stopped for coffee. Drove like a madman and had us concerned for our lives a couple times. Took us a mosque that was about to close for player, a palace that was closed, and a "museum" that was just a scam to sell carpets and trinkets. We cut the tour short and went back to our hotel.

WORSE TOUR COMPANY EVERY - My rating is a -0 Worst tour company we have ever used. Lies, Rudeness, Arrogant and claim to be professional tour guide & very far from it. He came 2 hours late. No communication and he did what he wanted to do. He had his meal at some dodgy stop before we entered Abu Dhabi. He told us we have 5-10min. And he took half hour. It was a horrible truck stop. Then he gave us 2 hours " go alone" ge had the tickets to enter the mosque sections. They wouldn't let us in without a ticket. He shrugged his shoulders when we approached him about it. Told us 30 min eat then when we got there he said he's leaving us behind we can take a taxi home. The driver drove 40kmph by the time we got to the museum he said no time. Only 5 min. But he spent another 30 min smoking. We were in the bus. Once we got to Ferrari world he said no time only 5 min to go to the toilet. And said to take pictures of the cars in the valet parking lot. What a joke of a guide. We didn't get to see anything else that was on the itinerary. The worse part was he dropped us of on the main road behind our hotel and said he hasn't got time to drop us off at the hotel. We had to walk on the main motor way and cross to get to our hotel. NEVER EVER BOOK THIS COMPANY AGAIN!

Horrible - Don't go here, the driver let us stay 1,5 hour in Ferrari world because he wanted to go, doing some bullsh#€, and by the mosque he tell us we have just 30 minutes. They write in the area "what expecting" we have 2 hours at the Abu Dhabi mall but the driver said he don't know where it is and just bring us to an other mall and said when we are not in 40 min back he go home without us, so we called his chef and he said OK stay there he will wait but he don't bring you to the dates market. Then the driver was angry, but why he is angry, when we pay and its writing everything why he don't do like the offer is describing. He can't speak English and he was very angry. But why angry when we want to go to the places in this time which we paid for and what is writing on the site. Nothing is planed and even they didn't had one bottle of water, which also is writing that it's included. The driver don't come 9 o clock he came 10:20! And he told us nothing, just he stand at the place and said 30 Minutes and go. Just book here when u need a cheap taxi but also be scared maybe he go without you and leave you there alone. When I showed him the side and the offer he said in internet is too much stupid things writing.
