Operating Schedule: Pick-up between 08:00 - 09:00 AM on weekdays. On Fridays, pick-up will be between 09:00 - 10:00 AM as the Grand Mosque opens only after 16:00 hrs on Fridays. Drop-off back to your hotels in Dubai is approximately by 20:00 hrs.

Dress Code to Remember: All visitors must wear appropriate clothing, covering up to feet and wrists. Loose long trousers, long skirts, and long sleeves that reach the ankle/wrist are acceptable. Women must cover their heads with a scarf. Shorts, tight clothing, and transparent clothing are not allowed.

Dress Code for Men: Men must wear a shirt and full pants. No shorts or transparent clothing are allowed.

Pick-up Time from Saturday to Thursday: 08:00 AM from Deira and Bur Dubai hotels. For hotels in Downtown and surrounding areas, pick-up is approximately at 08:30 AM. For guests staying in New Dubai (Barsha, Marina, Jumeirah Beach, T-com, JLT, Palm Island, etc.), pick-up is at 09:00 AM since New Dubai is geographically closer to Abu Dhabi. Pick-up Time for Friday: 09:00 AM from Deira and Bur Dubai hotels. For hotels in Downtown and surrounding areas, pick-up is approximately at 09:15 AM. For guests staying in New Dubai, pick-up is at 09:30 AM. Guests staying in Deira and Bur Dubai may take 45 minutes to one hour to reach New Dubai.

The local agency will email at least 12 hours prior to your tour with the exact pick-up time and location. Please check your email. Guests without email access may contact the local agent via the provided number or WhatsApp between 08:00 AM - 08:00 PM UAE time with your BR code.

Tour operators are prohibited by law from picking up guests from residential apartments. Please report to a nearby hotel. No requests for pick-up from apartments will be entertained.

Islamic Art Center is a beautiful name but has nothing to do with Islam or its culture. It is a shopping mall where tour guides and drivers are paid high commissions.
