Must do experience in Dubai - Had a delicious high tea in the attractive atrium of Sahn Eddar. Make sure you haven't eaten before, because you'll get a lot. Dressed appropriately, although there are also people who have not adhered to the dress code, it does not seem to be a problem. Best time to visit is around 4 p.m.

Lost for words ! - The Burj Al Arab, what can I say about this world famous hotel ! From the minute you enter the ground you are blown away by the presence of this iconic structure. The hotel sits just offshore so when doing the tour you get the buggy across and begin the tour .We did the tour and the Royal suite which is inspiring! After this we had the famous Golden cappuccino with a cream tea and it was lovely, it was a pleasure to sit there and be pampered by the staff while taking this magnificent building in . If you're staying in Dubai the Burj Al Arab has got to be top of the list to visit .

Over Priced & Dissatisfied - Disappointed start as transfer vehicle didn't turn up and despite a number of phones calls made of which no-one answered we had to pay for a taxi. Its says 7 courses but that includes drinks so in fact food wise you get 2 x bellinis & cavier, 3 finger sandwiches, selection of cakes & 1 x scone. We paid just under £500 for this experience which lasted 2 1/2 hrs. Not worth it and wouldn't recommend. The hotel staff won't allow you explore you are only allowed to go to the toilets and area by grand piano. Almost as though your not allowed to mix with staying guests.

No Gluten Free Afternoon Tea Option - My Children bought an afternoon tea voucher for my 60th birthday. My son contacted them before he purchased the voucher to ensure they could cater for me with Gluten Free option, which they confirmed they could. Arrived at our hotel in Dubai and booked our afternoon tea and re confirmed that Gluten Free option was required. I then got an E mail from Shan Addar that they couldn’t cater for me after all. We asked to cancel and we were told it was non refundable !!! Our hotel rep had to intervene and lodged a complaint on our behalf and requested a full refund. The staff at the Burj were unhelpful and mislaid us. After chasing it has taken 4 weeks to get the refund. How can a 7 star hotel not cater for Gluten Free when other hotels all over the world can!!!! Terrible service.

Overpriced - Do not recommended Viator website. Overpriced! We paid nearly £600 for an afternoon tea for two people and we didn't even get the experience to visit this 7* hotel. You have you afternoon on the first floor with NO VIEW. The do not include coffee plus you only get one way transport. Very disappointed with this trip.

Paid, no one turned up and we weren’t even booked in! - Terrible! No body turned up to take us and when we rang the venue we weren’t even booked in! we want a full refund but trying to find a contact email is proving almost impossible. We got a taxi, phoned the venue to book in ourselves and had a great time for nearly half the cost.
