Wonderful team event - We have chartered the whole dhow cruise for our team event with about 70 people and it was a wonderful evening. The setting was just perfect and the crew was very attentive to all our needs. I would like to mention Faisal in particular who has been outstanding in preparing the event and supporting our many special requests in a very professional manner. I can highly recommend this activity to any person going to Dubai.

one of the best cruise in dubai - My first experience on a cruise ship was very enjoyable, using the Alishba Dhow Cruise, the service was outstanding, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the food for dinner was delicious and the shows were spectacular, very satisfying.

Good Service, show and food. - Good food and service. Assisted by Rody - The manager. We came with our God parents who are visiting dubai together with their daughter and friend. They were happy with the service and show. Food was good compared to others. Cruise was arranged through Wetrek2bless.

Would not recommend - Food and music were abysmal. On their website they mention continental food but what was served was really bad, tastless Indian food. The only saving grace was the entertainment. Would not recommend.

Very bad experience - I’d like to share our experience with the dinner cruise on the Alishba Cruise in Dubai, with the aim of improving certain aspects and preventing other visitors from getting an impression similar to ours. Firstly, the quality of the food left much to be desired. Although we understand that it could be adapted to the taste of Hindu customers, the menu did not consider suitable alternatives for Western customers, which made us feel out of place. In addition, the dishes served were of very low quality, something unacceptable for an experience that is advertised as exclusive. As for the facilities, the cruise was not prepared to offer a quiet dinner enjoying the views. The upper deck did not have enough capacity to comfortably accommodate even 60% of the passengers, making it difficult to enjoy the scenery. In addition, the volume of the music was excessively high, something that affected the atmosphere we expected from a relaxed journey. Another critical point is hygiene conditions, which did not meet minimum standards. This generated discomfort in our group and left us with a poor overall impression of the service offered. In short, we would not recommend this experience as it stands. Our group of ten, which we booked 10 days in advance, was very disappointed. We hope that this feedback will be helpful in improving the quality of service, as Dubai is recognized for excellence and this type of experience should reflect that standard.

Bad experience! - During our family New Year cruise, despite the calm winds, the boat began swaying unpredictably. Chaos ensued as dishes crashed and shattered. The waiter, in a moment of frustration, tossed broken glasses into the sea. A spilled wine incident left us requesting a chair change, only to receive a makeshift solution of adding textile napkins. The food was delayed, and a lengthy queue added to the discomfort. The experience left me feeling uneasy and questioning the overall safety on board. 🚢

Worst boat trip ever !! Ordinary, low quality, none professional. - The worst trip ever. A real scam. Cheap food, service is none existent and the ambience was horrible. All people on top of each other, sharing table, dirty, overcharging. For the same price you can book a proper dinner in a restaurant.

Let this be your last option - Very poor attitude and service.. couple of men staff were very rude.. The food service was pathetic. They better learn how to treat the guests..

Terrible customer service/take your money elsewhere - I would give zero stars if I could. We were treated like we didn’t pay for our cruise. We paid for seats on the upper level and allegedly there were assigned seats. We were moved twice and told we could not sit in just any seat. After sitting in our seats for about 40 minutes, we were approached by the man (seating captain - not sure of title or name) and told to move because the manager had invited friends and they were promised our seats. We were asked to moved from our table to share a table with others so the manager’s friends could sit. The absolute gall. The “seating captain” was very rude and arrogant and did not possess any customer service skills. Alsheen was part of the greeting crew and attempted to make amends with us but it was too little too late. The food was cold and not tasty. There was no sort of rhyme or reason to the lines to get food - it was a mess. Folks were acting like savages to get the food and in general it was not a pleasant experience. Toward the end of the cruise, there was some lackluster entertainment and overall, it wasn’t worth the $80 we paid through Rayna tours.
