Wonderful experience - Unexpectedly wonderful experience. 12 rooms of light and fun visions. We especially enjoyed the experience in Tide and Luna. Well worth the visit

Great for all ages! - A great experience for adults and children alike. Not cheap but with our Emirates flight boarding passes we got a good saving off the ticket costs which was fab. It took about 2 hours to visit every room experience but you could stay as long as you like in each area so you could really eek this out time wise if you so desired. It’s great for teens too as this is Instagram gold.

Honest review - A beautiful and enjoyable place with a unique concept. It will appeal more to adults than children. However, it has a dark atmosphere and needs more lighting.

Price too high - The lights and effects are already interesting. However, the entrance fee totally excessive for this attraction. Our son still enjoyed it

If you're looking for a relaxing experience, pass. - In theory, it sounds very fun, but the reality is it very exhausting. This place is fully packed. They play relaxing music, but you cannot relax with the overwhelming screams of children, crying babies, and people shouting. There is a version of this in Budapest (Cinema Mystica) where it was relaxing, fun and also interactive (also half the price). Unfortunately, I would never recommend to go to Aya universe, unless they do some noise and crowd control.

Confusion at the Ticket Line - The queue management at the attraction was confusing. Initially, we were directed to wait in a single line for tickets even though we had already purchased them online. Suddenly, another line for online ticket holders formed, but this wasn't communicated effectively. The experience itself was satisfactory, but the ticketing process needs clearer signage to differentiate between online pre-sale and on-the-spot purchases. The frustration from the ticketing confusion put me in a less than optimal mood, which unfortunately dampened my enjoyment of what could have been a better visit.

Not worth it - It’s not fun for tourist. Maybe There are some places where nice pictures can be taken, but in general, it’s boring. No meaning for none of the things you see to at least think of it as a museum. Sincerely, don’t waste your time

It's a children play area for locals visiting the mall. Not a tourist place! - If you are a tourist visiting Dubai for a few days, do not waste your time and money on this. It's a bunch of rooms with mirrors and lights with very exotic and nice sounding explanations (photos look far more impressive than the actual place, don't get fooled by them) . It may interest children upto 10-12 years of age, but for them too there are so many other places in Dubai that why one would waste time here. The room they advertise most (celestia or something) is basically a play area with a pit with balls and a screen with some images. It's definitely not a tourist attraction, it can be a place where local families visiting the mall can take their children while they shop but for that too it is extremely expensive. I agree with another reviewer who has mentioned "why this place even exist?"
