A Must for Your Time in Dubai! - We were in Dubai for a 12 hour layover and wanted to use part of the time for a short experience. It was decided extremely last minute - the morning of, as we were about to get in the 5 hour ride to Dubai. We were so impressed with how Point Click Tourism quickly got us booked and then booked us a driver to ensure our transportation between sites was seamless. When we arrived at the airport and made it through customs, Nazim was already there waiting for us. He was polite and made sure that we had everything we needed. The car was spotless and service was 5 star. At each stop, he made sure we were secured and then gave us privacy to enjoy. Highly recommend him. Definitely recommend enquiring with Point Click Tourism about their transportation options. It made it so much easier to navigate through Dubai during our long layover. Aya Universe was amazing. Point Click provided us with our QR codes for the experience- making it seamless for us to walk in and enjoy. We were a little late (our fault not the drivers- we stopped for food) and there were no issues. We simply scanned the codes and walked in. Says was stunning! It reminded us of Team Lab Planets in Tokyo. Each installation was beautiful and the attendants were close at hand to help if needed to guide through the Anya Journey. At the end we were transported safely to the airport by amazon and easily checked in for some lounge time. We highly recommend Point Click Tourism for your tour or transportation in Dubai. They were quick, efficient and professional - we cannot wait until next time in Dubai to use them again.

Site to visit - The imaginary planet was amazing,it was more real than the pictures online, I was impressed by the costume , the first time in Dubai seeing something like that, though I might not have visited ever where to conclude but it was actually great. To all the staff I salute the services offer like helping in taking pictures, and explaining the stages.🤝

amazing - it was very beautiful, the truth is amazing, it is worth going, as it is located in a beautiful small mall, with Egyptian architecture, when you finish the beautiful trip you can also take a walk around the mall.. the 12 rooms are quite visual but out of all only 4 to 5 are impressive.. I recommend it from all sides...

Highly incompetent and everything they said was a lie - Worst service ever. Had a worst experience as what ever was committed kept changing and one after the other thing was worse then the one before it. Won't be acquiring any service and would recommend you all jot to as well
