This was an ideal way to... - This was an ideal way to see all of Dubai, and the recorded information we listened to through provided earlplugs was very informative. Give yourself enough time, though. The traffic in Dubai was insane at some points, and the whole circuit took longer than our concierge had indicated. Highly recommend, though.

Recommended. - Recommended. Good free phone app that shows stops, your location and locations of the buses circulating live. Lots of staff at various stops to help you. Helpful narration with headphones if you wanted that. The short creek cruise that was included FOC was not a worthwhile diversion to be honest. If you rode both the Red and Blue routes and only got off to change buses it would take most of the day, so consider taking 2 days. We ended our day on the Blue route after dark and it was absolutely spectacular in the marina area, so consider being in that area after dark if you can.

Good tour of Dubai - Good tour of Dubai, with coverage of key attractions and info on them via the audio sound track provided on the bus via earphones supplied by the bus staff. There was not much info on the website regarding where is the redemption point for vouchers in the Dubai Mall (which is important to know, as the Mall is large). I redeemed the online purchase/voucher for bus tickets inside the Dubai Mall at the parking spot for tourist buses (just see the Mall signs, or ask the Mall Information desk for directions to the tourist bus hopon/hopoff pickup/dropoff parking area which is at the lower level). The bus staff redeemed it in the area where the buses are. Go early in the day, so you will have time to see everything.

Brilliant Company - Booked tickets through the app and redeemed at Dubai Mall. All of the staff are extremely helpful, are stationed at each of the more popular spots, and they are always happy to help. I can't fault the experience or the service at all.

Amaizing places and team - Worth to take a bus a lot of stops where ro explore stops closely to locations while on bus you have earplugs to listen about places you will visit an history😊 All Dubai big bus team was very friendly and helpful thank you for Sheyla to selling the tickets and Glenda for sorting out some issues thank you very much for experience 🩷

Interesting and relaxing. - An excellent way to view the city highlights before deciding where to head. Good routes and very friendly and helpful drivers. Interesting commentary outlining cultural highlights. The boat trip was very relaxing - you can order pizza and drinks on board so look into this if going at meal times. The stops were not well marked so difficult to find even with the app. Other countries have clearly defined and labelled stops. Still well worth booking!

Pricey but good option - Good opportunity to explore the city in 48 hours, staff is very nice.They will try to convince you to buy an upgrade for ‘cruise’ ride, night tour and extra stuff. Just don’t buy it. Too pricey and regular quality

Great Big Bus Dubai hop-on hop-off tour.... - The city tour was great, we took the bus in front of the Shopping Mall. It's very good for tourists, it's practical and on the day you can see many interesting places in the city of Dubai, very friendly staff, it was a pleasant trip.

Good first day overview - Pro tip: ride the hop on hop off bus, but don’t buy the ticket ahead of time online. This bus gave a great overview of the old city with good audio explanations. It’s a good tour for your first day in town when you are tired and jetlagged. I enjoyed the loop through new Dubai less, because the audio felt like one long infomercial. I actually turned it off. Pro tip: Buy your ticket at the kiosk. It took me an hour to find the spot to redeem my online purchase for a ticket. Pro tip: Dhow rides end at 4 o’clock. Start the bus before 1 PM so that you are not too late for the boat.

Disappointing costly trip on second day! - We pre booked the essential two day bus ticket (with the optional extra of the boat plus unlimited pizza and soft drinks). The first day went well but not the second day (a Monday). After waiting for nearly an hour we were escorted several hundred metres to another main road where a bus picked us up. The reason for the delay was due to a public holiday ending resulting in heavy traffic - company should have predicted and planned ahead. Then when we changed to the other route we were told that we’d not have time to board the rebooked boat (pizza plus drinks) and return in time for the last bus route to our hotel area and in any case the night time cruise with five star hotel food taking in the palm jumeirah hotel. We therefore paid extra for this (less £30 compensation). Good not 5 star hotel quality and did not pass the Palm hotel! Extremely disappointed left thinking that big bus staff in Dubai only driven by their commission.
