ASIF at ABC TOURS - Our tour guide ASIF was absolutely amazing—10/10! From start to finish, he made the experience unforgettable with his deep knowledge, engaging storytelling, and warm personality. He went above and beyond to ensure everyone felt comfortable, entertained, and informed. His passion for the area was evident, making every stop along the way even more exciting. He answered all our questions with enthusiasm and made sure we didn’t miss any hidden gems. The tour was well-paced, fun, and incredibly insightful. If you’re looking for a guide who truly enhances your experience, look no further. Highly recommend—best tour/excursion ever!

Great Safari but could be better! - Average Safari! Pros- 1) Picked up in an SUV of good standard, though we were seated on the last row the seat was comfortable and can't complain. 2) Driver (Forgot name) photo attached had great driving skills. He did both slow and fast 45 mins plus dune bashing. Clicked some really nice pictures. 3) The package includes quite a lot of activities like Sand Boarding, Motor Biking and Camel rides. All of which was great. ( Falcon photo ops is extra) 4) Shows was amazing especially the fire show. Rest 2 shows was okay can skip also. I can again watch the fire show. Great Stunt man, super amazing performance. 5) Food with Vegetarian options were decent. 6) It's little private and guest counts are limited so it's a great environment without lots of people and mess and experience looks private overall. Cons- 1) The seating is on the ground and they charge USD 17 per person for a chair seating. I think it should be included and not charge additional. 2) Most safari don't charge for infants, I was charged for infant too but dint get any seperate seat for Infant in the car or any menu or food. So I think it's not justified charging for infant. 3) The biggest pitfalls or catch is that if you don't upgrade to USD17 seating arrangements then you won't be served at the table and you have to keep going and taking colddrink or food from counters which was a walk and headache. Looks like they have done it on purpose. 4) There was no Seesha served on table or anywhere which was part of package. Later it was told that we need to pay extra for Seesha too. 5) Food became stale and cold quickly and they don't heat it at all afterwards. 6) I saw they kept Chicken Sharwma with the veg Falafal which might be a big issue for people who are vegetarians or Jains. Should be careful. 7) Washrooms were not v clean and it was not v hygienic. Experience was better than the cheap safaris charging (less than 100 AED) and lesser than the one which is premium. But overall keeping cost in mind and the fact that city is expensive, I think the price per adult is justified.

Financial upgrade for everything possible, but an emotional free upgrade for the organizer would be better - First of all, we have to say that we have never been bombarded with so many WhatsApp messages in our lives before as we have with this provider. Since keeping track was quite hard. They wanted to sell beverage packages, advertised several times for the privileged sitting on chairs incl. operation etc... No matter what, you can get more or better for anything with an extra charge. And that's what the company seems to be making its money with. Pickup was reasonably punctual. The driver himself was not very talkative. Tire pressure sensors lit up, moto indicator light, later the airbags failed. But if you later saw the car being damaged, you can understand. In short: The car was clean from the outside because it is so mandatory in Dubai, but it was completely run down. Inside, it smelled of cold sweat and much stuck. The journey took about 1.5 hours. Once at the camp, all participants, about 80 people, were briefed on the agenda. The division into groups was done in advance, which also worked out well. The choice for us was camel riding first - which we refuse. The Ambitors had already justified themselves in advance via WhatsApp that they would offer it, because otherwise they would no longer receive bookings unlike other camps. Personally, I would think it would be perfectly okay for most tourists to guide, pet or take pictures of the animals. The fact that two adults could sit per camel is not very animal friendly. A falconer was also on site. For 20 dirhams you could take a picture. Of course, he also had a card reader in the middle of the desert. Afterwards we were picked up by our driver for the 4×4 Safari. About half an hour incl. photo top we went up the dunes. Interesting experience in any case. Then you could ride the quad bike. As a couple, you sat on one in two. A short introduction with driving in circles. Then for 5 minutes a short round in the desert. Sandboarding was possible and also ok. It is easier overall than snowoarding. Then dinner was called at 6.30 p.m. The excursion included water, soft drinks, coffee or tea. We wanted to have a sprite and a coke. But that didn't work until 7 p.m. Previously there was a thimble of tea. You could pick up the soft drinks yourself with a 0.2 l plastic cup at the bar. In a bucket of ice, there was a self-service bottle. Other drinks at an additional cost were served by the staff in higher quality form. And of course, this was possible even before 7 p.m. Travelers at the tables were served and served food. We sat on the pillows at flat tables, which was basically nicer for the mood. They were also closer to the show acts. The food from the buffet was good and tasty. Then the show program started. They performed: a dancing dervish, a belly dancer and a fire artist. There were very long breaks between performances. What should be improved in any case would be the host's moderation qualities. In absolutely unmotivated, bored, identical quality, he uttered the words after each performance: "Super, super, excellent show." He could have gotten a lot more out of it with a little enthusiasm. In between, the guests could have a finger painted with henna. Then the show was over, and "Stargazing" was announced. Well, no one could help the overcast sky. Nevertheless, the lights were turned off and another billboard for the tour operator was lit with fire. For good advertising pictures afterwards. In short: for everything, an upgrade could be obtained if you wish. With a little more love (not money) at one point or another, providers could get more out of it. Warm hosts, well-treated animals (specially advertising animal-friendliness and deliberately not offering horseback riding, but photo opportunity, petting or showing around), friendliness, less advertising pressure via Whatsapp, that would have been really helpful in this case, so you drive home with a good feeling.
