Dhow Cruise Marina Dubai - It was an amazing first Dhow cruise experience. The staff was excellent, and I want to thank Rayna Tours for accommodating my requests for my husband’s surprise birthday arrangements! I couldn’t have done this without your help. Good experience - It is very good and food is awesome and even veg food was awesome and go to upper deck it has beautiful view and even they have show that was also good and li e music

Dhow Boat Show Worth Experiencing - The Dhow Marina tour was an excellent way to see Dubai from a different vantage point. The Dhow boat is not the largest nor the smallest boat on the water and not even the fanciest but in my opinion it was the best for the following reasons. Many of the smaller boats on the Marina were open and not enclosed and so unless you want the full wind type experience then an enclosed boat is the way to go. The larger more fancier cruise boats were often full of loud and fun seeking guests as we sailed past them. My observation was that they were very crowded and more of a party atmosphere than the Dhow that felt more relaxing and traditional. I would assume if you are a fun seeking party lover that you would have stopped reading my review by this point and so this is for those who want an experience less crowded. This is not to say that the Marina Dhow was quiet as a library or museum (both are excellent places to go despite what the loud party goers might believe) far from it especially when the Tanoura Sufi style dance is happening as both dancers (the cruise was so nice we did twice although once was the Old Dubai Dhow) were phenomenal entertainers. If you have ever spun around in a circle for a few seconds and become so dizzy that you have fallen down then the show is absolutely incredible! While the dancers spin and spin and spin and did I mention they spin and did other tricks? It’s very easy to get dizzy watching them but their dancing and sense of balance and grace as they spin in their long skirt garments is so impressive. This is one trip that Bill O’Reilly could not have taken as his show the No Spin Zone would be spun away by the Tanoura light show. The food and drink service was very good as well and the servers there are quick to offer sodas or juice or water as desired. The food is Indian style primarily and was very good and I sat near it as it was buffet style. Honestly, there is no way you will leave the Dhow Cruise hungry. The views are great and you see the giant fancy apartments and other large buildings on the Marina trip and so while the food was great on both Marina and Bar Dubai I would say my favorite of the two was Bar Dubai as it was more historical and interesting. Large impersonal apartments are not unique to Dubai and apartment living is notorious around the world for living in close proximity with people you do not know and if they are loud and obnoxious you often wish the housing market was better so you could become a home owner yourself and flee the concrete jungle that is suburbia. But I digress. Bar Dubai had a more authentic feel and sense of community which is great to experience even if and maybe especially if the culture is different than your own. I came to appreciate the merchant even more as immediately after exiting the boat for Bar Dubai tour there are many shops for clothing which is often colorful and touristy and so for those who still want to feel like a tourist then stay a few extra minutes to shop and appreciate the architecture and historical buildings that provide character to the area and provide plenty of photo opportunities.

Dhow Marina Extravaganza - Lovely evening cruising the marina for dinner. Wonderful selection of food, with exceptional customer service. Perhaps a bit long in duration but a very worthwhile experience to see the newer development away from what the older town. Dancing to be had with local entertainment.

Memorable - Cruise and dinner was good. Sameer from Rayna tours who is placed in courtyard at Marriot reception area is very helpful in planning out with our Dubai and Abudhabi sight seeing. He went above and beyond our expectations in replying to our queries and organizing tickets. He gave valuable suggestions on how best to use our 4 day stay here. I highly recommend him for planning the tours here

Painfull experience - Hi I am sharing my painful experience with Rayan tours for my booking of Dhow Cruise. I booked cruise for 16th Feb 2024, for my family.we arrived on time for our trip and dinner, but on arrival we were informed that due to some technical issue which could not be resolved the sail was cancelled and staff there apologised and informed us that the money will be refunded After multiple calls to contact person mentioned in the booking I was informed to contact company sales person and send a mail to company for same. After multiples messages and to the sales person and multiple e mails regarding my refund I was insulted with the statement that only you have complaint out of the 100s of booking happened that day. After continuous follow-ups and persuasions I finally got my booking amount back in my credit card account on 24 may 2024.after 3mnths and 10 days. Overall it was a very horrible experience and i will recommend that anyone doing booking with Rayan Tours be mindful of these facts and are suggested to look for better alternative options.

Avoid at any cost !!! - We were approached by the Rayna Tours rep Jay Kumar Ramchandani at our Hotel, the Hilton Canopy. He was not the usual rep, Jamila ?. there. This Jay guy was very rude and pushy. He gave us a "discounted" rate of 250AED per person for the upper deck. He promptly started pitching me to buy real estate through Rayna.....wtf !!???!! He also gave my number to another Indian woman that called me about real estate investing.....bizzare. The pickup was an hour late, the seating was horrible. By the time we got there, we were escorted to our seats and even though a corner table was available, we were not allowed to sit there. The food was terrible and the service worse. The staff were entirely Desi (Indian, Pakistan, Bangladesh) with bad, sourly attitudes and kept rushing us through our food. When we got dropped off, the a/c in the vehicle broke down and 9 of us including a baby were stuck in 96F temps for an hour.
