Romantic and Special - The driver was so professional and was careful considering that my wife is pregnant. Thanks to him and appreciate his kindness. It was my first time experience in a dhow cruise. Well presented and well prepared. I did not see the inclusions properly and so the Tanura Dance was surprising. The food was delicious, specially the deserts. It was a nice to cruise admiring at the Marina view and having food on table while enjoying the Tanura Dance

Romantic - Glittering atmosphere, music in the background and a typical dance show with the involvement of those present. Dinner with Arabic and non-Arabic food, plentiful and varied. Up to the Wheel, beautiful surrounding landscape!

The view - Overall the ride wad nice. I didn't like having a slumped table. The intertainment wasn't great, but not the best. The food wasn't hot as it should have been.

Poor service - They refused to change our table, as both tables had 4 seats, one next to the edge of the boat and ours in the middle. We arrived early to secure a seat so we could enjoy the trip more and take some photos, but the staff were not flexible on this point, even though they were able to do so as there were no reserved tables. The food was not very hot and the show was basic.

Worst experience Mohit from Ramada Hotel JBR - The travel agent name Mohit he is now working in Ramada Hotel JBR is a scammer. He is trying to loot all the guests. He was rude and the service he offers is always delayed. Not cooperative at all. Had to go after him 8-9 days to book a tour for show cruise which too had been a disaster. He was not ready to assist with price and even package details. It felt like we are begging to get it as if it was free. He took 270USD for 4 pax which was way too expensive after we explored the options. Cut to when we were there at the destination he is not picking up the call there were no agent to interact and give information about which cruise to board. After wait of half an hour and innumerable phone calls someone came and informed us to go on the cruise. The food was bland, cold with no varieties. The entertainment was nothing at all only sitting and waiting for someone or something. We did not get to interact with anyone officially from Rayna tours as I know about their service. He is just using the name of Rayna Tours and outsourcing all the excursion booking by taking excess and scamming people saying that it is exclusive and luxury. He is not trust worthy and would scam all other customers.

Terrible food - Booked them directly via their telephone help desk for the Marina boat tour for 4 adults 2 kids for dhs 800. First thing, there was no consistency on the charges, the Rayna App says something else...on telephone they were charging more, on the hotel help desk it was something else. So it was like fishing for whatever price customer take the bait. Okay now the boat tour itself was alright, as it's the same route taken by almost all operators. Since it was an Indian tour company the boat operators were Indians as well and so as the music, and the food. My grief is specially with the quality of food, it was terrible terrible terrible. I don't mind Indian cuisine being myself a British Asian, but my God it was horrible. My advice to anybody else booking is please make sure to inquire about the food before booking.
