Best travel experience ever! - From the moment our host met us at our hotel we felt like we were in good hands and we were right. This is one of the very best experiences I have ever had travelling. The professionalism is amazing, and the joy they show in making sure their guests are looked after is next level. We have a camel safari in the beautiful early evening's warm desert air, which was serene and almost meditative, followed by watching a falcon hunt and some lovely warm cinnamon tea. Very unexpected in the middle of the desert! To followe we were driven (full air con ofcourse!) to a Beduan camp for a 6 course meal in a traditional tent (but also with air con :). There were a few other exciting little surprises and it was all wrapped around alot of learning about the ways of the people who lived in the desert. I totally recommend this experience to anyone, any age, as it is really beautiful. I'd especially encourage couples spend an evening in the desert. You'll love it. I promise.

An absolute incredible experience, worth every penny. Just WOW! - This was an absolute incredible experience. It was high quality all the way: High quality service, high quality food, high quality camp, high quality activities. Absolutely stunning and worth every penny. We were picked up at the exact time they told us they would pick us up. Our guide Ali gave us explanations during the drive to the camp and was super informative and friendly. We reached the reserve and were greeted by a team that handed us a scarf for our head. The camels were waiting, we climbed on our camels and had a 1hr desert ride. It ended at a place where a falcon show happened. Then we drove to the camp and it was high quality all the way: The food was amazing, the drum show was fun and they engaged the audience to participate in it. My personal highlight was the stargazing. At a certain point they turned off all the lights, and a guide gave explanation about the stars and how the bedouins used the stars back in the days. Super informative. Wow, we loved it all the way through. Such a fabolous experience, it was worth every penny and also worth doing it again. They also offer an overnight at the camp, and I also saw they do hot air ballons ride. So many more reasons to come back again. Wow, all thumbs up and 10 stars review :) Thank you Ali for taking such good care of us, keep up the good work and hopefully until we meet again. Thanks for a memorable evening. Wow!

Amazing camel riding experience! - We started off of the excursion by dressing up in the Arabian clothing that they would wear in the desert, which was cool. We then got to ride camels for the next 90 minutes or so. You got on the camels while they were seated, and then they stood up after. They were tied in groups of three, so there was one behind us with nobody on it. The ride was pretty smooth for the most part. As long as you sat up straight and held on to the little handles in front of you, there were no problems. It was really cool to look out across the desert landscape as we were riding. We saw some gazelles in the distance, and you could see all sorts of different foot tracks and patterns in the sand. After the camel ride, we gathered to watch a falcon show. The peregrine falcon, which can reach speeds at over 200 mph, was an important bird to the UAE back in the day. We were able to witness it flying around full speed on its own, and then we got the opportunity to hold it as well. Lastly, we headed over to a desert settlement that was set up to reflect how people camped in the desert back in the day. We had a delicious dinner and desert at the encampment, followed by singing and entertainment, and then star gazing to end the night. Overall, it was a really awesome experience.

A truly platinum experience! - We had a really lovely night with Platinum Heritage. We got picked up at our hotel in a SUV (with AC) with two other couples by our tour guide Ravi. The ride to the desert was pleasant and Ravi went out of his way to point out landmarks and even took us to see the camel racing track. When we got to the camp, we were given headscarves and free water bottle. We took photos next to the vintage land rovers (if you selected the camel tour, you also get pics with the camel). We chose the camel tour and it was about an hour through the sand with a guide. It was an amazing experience, definitely recommend the camel ride. After the ride, we stopped to watch a falcon show where they gave us rose water towels, Mixed Berry juice, and cinnamon tea. Then we took the land rovers to the campsite where it was decorated as a traditional Bedouin camp. There we ate a delicious meal (got to try camel meat) and hang out with the other members. There were dancers and other activities. Then Ravi drove us home at our hotel We went during mid April. We got picked up around 3:30pm and got home around 10:30pm. You will be comfortable wearing a t shirt, cargo pants/jeans, linen pants, even at night. You might want to bring a light jacket for when it gets dark, although we were fine. 100/10 experience.

Luxury desert experience! - Perfect desert safari! Everything was just amazing from the prompt collection in a luxury air conditioned car by our guide Samy to the delicious and abundant food served to us in the camp. We couldn’t fault it! Special shout out to our camel guide Shakhil who was brilliant! He gave us over an hour on our camels (we had a camel each) and took loads of photos for us on our phones. He was so accommodating and funny. A real pleasure to spend time with. If you’re looking for an authentic desert experience this is the tour for you. You’ll pay a bit more than the average desert safari but in our option it was worth every penny!
