Excellent sightseeing tour - Absolutely excellent, cannot recommend this tour enough. It is a great way to experience the whole of Dubai! The busses come frequently and free water is provided!

Excellent..... - It was a great experience to have done city sightseeing tours, we took the bus for 4 days, saw a lot, all our expectations were fulfilled. It was incredible, breathtaking. All the staff were very friendly, many thanks to the whole team. Special thanks to Trip Advisor Merat Mohammad, no question was too much for him, he always made all our wishes come true with a smile. An unforgettable time......

The best way to visit Dubai - A very interesting essay to visit a place like Dubai. There are 2 main circuits that will, should you choose to do both, cover most of the must see. You choose your stops, visit "à la carte" and return to catch the next bus to the next stop the way you choose. Of course you should have prepared some info about the spots you want to visit but to me it's the best way to organise your visit. I would recommend the 2 days option as there is a lot to see in each route.

A must do in Dubai! - The two lines goes everywhere around the city, and you have a plus: the evening tour. It’s a very good way to get an overall idea of the city or to go to the places you want to visit. The staff is very nice, specially Sayed and Meraj.

Recommend it - Good for solo traveler, especially someone doesn’t know what to do in Dubai city. It was really hot weather when I got there. The bus is ok. I noticed that there was no Hop on- Hop off sign on roads. It was a bit hard for me to find and wait for the bus. If you want to buy one day bus ticket, it is 300 Dirham. So i suggest you to buy it for two days tickets, it is 330 Dirham. You just pay only 30 dirham more. Friendly staff and drivers

Hot but informative way to explore Dubai - Informative but very hot though. Even in the air conditioned cabin it’s very warm. They do have bottles of water on board though which was very helpful. You can hop on and off as many times as you like. We purchased the 48 hour pass so we could do the red route one day and the blue the next. It doesn’t cost much more to extend by 24 hours and in the heat you don’t want to be rushing around. The night tour was nice also. This is included in the standard ticket price.

Needs some love - Hi it had potential but is very much like an unloved puppy. We were on the evening circuit (purple) and there was no audio feed. When the driver was advised he had a fiddle but still no audio and he kept on driving. So you got to see lots but none of the history and an expensive bus ride Also there bus stops are not identified like in Rome or other cities it would be so easy to geocode or put in a grid reference for google maps so you know you are at the correct point give a metre or so. Staff all lovely. Audio not so

Avoid!! Needs improvement - "Why is the AC not working?" “This is like a form of torture!” "Where is the tour commentary? "Why is there no distinguishable bus stop so we know where to catch the bus?" "Why are the seat belts full of dust upstairs and get stuck so don’t click together?" (Open air upstairs) "Why does the bus seem like it's melting from the inside?" Some memorable quotes to help you understand our experience. None of the customers were happy today. The A/C is abysmal on this bus service and makes Dubai seem like a backwards developing country. These are NOT Dubai standards!! Aug - Nov is too HOT to be stuck inside this bus. We got so desperate we sat outside in the 40 degree heat, which was still awful, but at least there was some hot flowing air outside. We only survived by getting into the AC inside Dubai Mall. Also the Dhow boat finished at 3pm but NOWHERE does this say this online so we felt scammed buying the Dhow combo service. Hopefully we get to go the next day or get our money back. PROS: Bus drivers were nice. Bus has cool water for customers which is nice. Yes some views are great but … commentary is basic and English commentary done by an old man with a South African accent - his pronunciation is terrible in some areas. Also our audio only worked in one ear for the red & sunset route. Worked fine for the blue route. Difficult to hear the minimal commentary. Also my son got up for our stop, but the bus kept stopping and starting and he fell over and narrowly missed his head on a metal foot rest that was so sharp on one side - safety issue!! Should’ve been covered with rubber on one side. City Sightseeing Tour Bus really needs to improve it's service offering. I'd complain in person - but to who?? Ghost service as no staff members around apart from the bus drivers.

Worst experience in Dubai - Worst thing you could buy. We were here in July. Guys seriously the bus “had” ac but on non of them was actually working. It was like a sauna inside. The pick up times every 30min not respected came sometimes early sometimes 25min late. The bus also costs 280 dirahms per person. If there are 2-3 of you share a taxi is way cheaper, faster and has aircon. The worst money spent in Dubai. At some stage of the tour the 3 of us went off on next stop and took a taxi. If we didn’t the bus at 4pm would take 2-3h to come back to Dubai mall. Do yourself a favour and don’t use them. Taxi and share the cost.

Appalling waste of money - not audio, and terrible customer service. At no point did they have the decency to apologise. - Absolutely appalling experience both the tour and customer service afterwards. Having purchased a 24hr tour in Dubai and travelled on 3rd July 2024 - the audio failed to work throughout the main Red route, and for half of the Blue route. Having told the driver and tried new headphones the audio failed to work for 70% of the entire tour - so effectively a very expensive bus trip. Having then got in touch with their customer service dept - they did little to help. Pointing me to the channel in which I booked the ticket (via my hotel) - rather than simply apologise and acknowledge it was the responsibility of the bus company (not the agent this was booked through). Unbelievably poor customer service and a company I will never use again. I’ll instead use the alternative bus company in all cities. Really disappointing.
