• Your tour pick-up time depends on your location. Please confirm the time and location by calling +971 800 272 2426 or WhatsApp us at +971 42748803 at least 24 hours before your tour. Our customer support is available from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM UAE time.
• Be in the hotel lobby 15 minutes before your pick-up time and let the concierge know you’re waiting for an Arabian Adventures tour. Make sure to present a valid voucher when you meet your guide.
• A private car is required for children under 135cm to fit a proper car seat.
• Children aged 5 must use a child seat, which can be booked for a shared vehicle in advance.
• Children aged 5–12 can stay free on a rollaway bed in the tent (maximum of 2 adults and 1 child per tent).

• Transfers are shared, with seating for 6 guests and 1 guide. Seats are not pre-allocated and are rotated during the trip (1 seat next to the guide, 3 in the middle row, and 2 in the back).
• There is no entertainment included in this experience, however, background music is played during the evening.
