Dune bashing - We booked a private safari tour. Was great, well organised and according to our expectations. Special thanks to our tour guide Abdullah who was great at the dune bashing and was very attentive to our experience.

Magical and Mind blowing! - I had the best experience with Yallah Tours! The lovely gentleman Meego went above and beyond to make sure my experience was truly lived to my standards!!! I couldn’t have asked for a better tour company!!! The safari was amazing from dune bashing, live belly dancing performances and nice bbq food but I thoroughly enjoyed the quad bikes the most!!! Was my ultimate best experience ever!!! Can’t wait to come back to Dubai and of-course Yallah Tours! #habibicometodubai ❤️🙏🏼

Desert safari - My desert safari tour was amazing and it was all because of Ali who came to pick up from hotel . He came on time and dropped me home on time no delays and took care of me like his younger sister and made sure I enjoyed and experienced everything during my tour . I was so scared to ride quad bike but Ali supported me and I had lot of fun, Not only me he was kind to other clients as well made sure everyone was comfortable. My over all experience was excellent and I would thank Ali again . All the pictures were also clicked by Ali .

Disappointing dessert experience - Our much-anticipated desert experience in Dubai turned out to be a major letdown. We didn’t get to do everything we were promised and paid for, and there was no refund. The package we booked included dune bashing, a camel ride, sandboarding, a henna tattoo, and an evening dinner with performances. However, because we were grouped with another party that opted for additional activities, we were forced to wait for an hour while they did a buggy ride—time that should have been spent on our own activities. As a result, we completely missed out on sandboarding and henna tattoos. The camel ride was particularly disappointing—it lasted less than a minute in a dark parking lot, which felt nothing like the authentic desert experience we had envisioned. Most of the tour felt like we were just waiting to be transported from one place to another, rather than actually enjoying the desert. The dinner was chaotic, as we had to fight for food, though we have to admit that the food itself was tasty. The evening performance was decent, but by then, our spirits were already dampened. Having never been to Dubai or the desert before, this was something I had dreamed of for years, and it’s disheartening to think I may not get another chance to experience it properly. Overall, this was a huge disappointment and not at all the magical desert adventure we had hoped for.

Bad experience Brutta esperienza - I booked a desert excursion with YALLA for 3 of my Italian friends, which included 30 minutes with the quad, dinner etc. etc. when you book they tell you that they are the best then 😂. They arrived to pick them up at their house at 3:30 pm, when it was 2:30 pm. they tell you that there is traffic so they have the excuse, but they can organize the departure earlier. Quad tour almost in the dark, with the obligation to buy (keffiyeh) Typical headdress of the Arab populations. Dinner standing like camels, because there were too many people. I went the same day to complain to the place I had booked, while my friends were still there, and they replied that they were sorry and that they would think about doing something. I went back for 4 consecutive days to complain, but only chatter. I advise you to avoid YALLA, they are not professional and for them you are just tourists who then leave, so there is no point in complaining Ho prenotato con YALLA un'escursione nel deserto per 3 miei amici italiani, che comprendeva 30 minuti con il quad, cena ecc. ecc. quando prenoti ti dicono che sono i migliori allora 😂. Sono tornato per 4 giorni consecutivi a lamentarmi, ma solo chiacchiere. Vi consiglio di evitare YALLA, non sono professionali e per loro siete solo turisti che poi se ne vanno, quindi non ha senso lamentarsi

Avoid at all costs!! - If you’re considering a desert tour with dune bashing in Dubai, avoid Yala Tour at all costs. Our experience was nothing short of a nightmare, especially as two women left abandoned and terrified in the desert. Here’s what happened: First, our guide was two hours late picking us up, making us miss half the day we had paid for. When we finally got in the car, it was stuck in terrible traffic, with other passengers loudly chatting in a language we didn’t understand – it was chaotic and exhausting. But things only got worse. We discovered that our designated tour guide was a no-show; someone else who barely knew the tour details was sent to handle us. Once we reached the desert, our car’s tire exploded in the middle of nowhere, and we were stranded with no backup plan or help in sight. This tour company left us walking in the desert as it got dark, with no safety measures, no proper guide, and no instructions. We missed the promised activities like dune bashing, camel rides, and sandboarding because of delays and disorganization. After just 30 minutes at the camp, it was already night, and we realized no one from Yala Tour was available to take us back to Dubai. Being left in a foreign desert with no guidance or protection was terrifying. Luckily, other tourists helped us find a ride back, but Yala Tour had no contact number, and our texts and calls were ignored. The next day, when we asked for a refund, they refused and offered to redo the tour instead, which we could never risk after such a traumatic experience. If you value your safety, comfort, and respect as a tourist in Dubai, do NOT book with Yala Tour. They don’t care about tourists’ safety, have terrible communication, and are completely unprofessional. This is the worst tour company, and I hope no one else endures what we did. Choose a reputable company and avoid this terrifying, horrible experience.
