Dunes bashing with sunset view - Love to do evening dessert safari with Akbar safari guide I enjoyed a lot I was amazing love to ride again it was nice view sunset in the desert and Akbar took lots of lovely pictures which I like the most and dunes bashing was thrill I highly recommend five star love to visit again❤️

Superb service and greatest driver ever - The tour and experience was very amazing.. its extremely fun♥️♥️♥️ . He's also very accomodating and caring to us his guests. He's easy to talk to and actively answers all our questions and even sharing the shockingly history of the government in dubai and how rich dubai is. Excellent and Best tour and guide - We had an amazing tour. Many thanks to Imran Khan our guide and driver. He was with us, attentive and helpful the full time. I must say dune bugging was the most fun. But sand surfing, dune bashing, the BBQ and show were all well worthiness an an experience of a lifetime. Thank you again Imran, we truly enjoyed every minute.

Great afternoon/evening safari - Just had the most amazing afternoon/evening tour. Dune Bugging was the most fun, but the sand sledding and dune bashing was great too. Our tour guide/driver Imran Khan was not only extremely attentive, he made sure all was perfect, but also thank goodness a great driver. BBQ and show was great too especially the fire show. Thank you Imran.

Terrible, please do not be fooled by the photos or website - Absolutely terrible. Paid a premium price, was advertised that we would each get to drive. So a buggy each or two to share. When we got there, we were told to go into a 4 person buggy. We then asked if we can go into the two person, but told that’s extra. If we had of booked two groups of two, for the same price we could have gone in the 2 person. Considering the price we paid, this was terrible. We had to stop and ask to swap. One of us missed out on driving completely because the time ran out. Very poor service. Our driver was excellent, friendly and helpful. He was great when it came to the 4wd in the patrol, felt safe but still had heaps of fun. Coming from a country with our own desert and 4wd, this was a good part. The drive to the ‘camp’ was extremely long and uneventful. Missed the sunset due to being in the car. When we got to the ‘camp’, it was just a dust bowl. Looked like it had been made out of stuff laying around. Walking in, they had carpet on the floor, great, if it was placed down flat. With the sun down and little to no light, I and two others tripped. I ripped the bottom of my shoe off, the others just had a knee replacement. Not happy We were told the complementary water and soft drinks were not available till 8, by one of the men walking around selling alcohol. I’m guessing he was hoping people just needed a drink and would pay for the alcohol. Told that to one of the managers and he disagreed with us, choosing to get quite angry with us. As if we would make stuff up and lie. Brings me to the food, it was terrible. Some of us didn’t eat, definitely not with the outlandish money we payed. Having seen our friends who had a lovely camp, a great time 4wd. We expected our experience to be the same and reflect how much we payed. Extremely disappointed. We have contacted the company, who their team have acknowledged their deception on the website and aimed to make right by offering a partial refund. They have now broken their word, by refusing to do a partial refund. Please shop around, this product is not worth the money. There are hundreds of operators exactly like these guys that can offer a better service. I would like to hear back to see if this problem can be rectified.

What a bad experience. I want a refund. 4wd only good part, camp & show worst I have ever seen. included drinks NOT, - worst experience. 4wd was the only good part. atv only 2 of 4 could drive, sold as everyone, camp was disgusting, show bad
