- Infants (below 3 years old) are not allowed in the car during the shared dune bashing. Please book a private option so that parents have full responsibility.
- There will be restrictions in Bedouin Entertainments during the month of Ramadan or any other special Islamic days as per UAE law (dates may vary).
- Please note that if your skin is sensitive to henna, it is advised not to do it.
- Pick-up will be within 45 minutes of your selected departure time. Please be ready at the hotel lobby on time.
- Kindly share your Whatsapp number for easy communication during the pick-up.
- Casual, loose-fitting clothing is recommended in summer, along with a jacket in winter.
- OceanAir Travels ensures that all desert safari guides/ drivers are well trained and licensed for safari drives.
- 4x4 vehicles are fully insured and well equipped with the needed safety facilities such as roll bars, seat belts, government tracker, GPS, GMS, first aid box, etc.
- Any damage, injuries, or items lost during the ride are not covered by insurance and are the participant’s responsibility.
- We recommend you have international travel insurance as self-driving activities are prone to risk, leading to serious injury & is covered only by your insurance companies.
- Quad biking is a self-driving activity to be taken at your own risk and the company’s insurance does not cover it.
- Pick-up timing is subject to change due to the emerging summer heat: 1 hour earlier in the morning and 1 hour later in the afternoon. A notification shall be sent in advance in the case of any change.

Girl's trip - The whole experience was amazing and well planned out. Especially loved our guide,Tehseen's action driving during the dunes portion. He was very safe but still had us with plenty of action!! Tehseen was a wonderful guide explaining what was going to happen as well as being an awesome photographer.

Desert tour - Tehseen was a fantastic driver. We had a fantastic time. Never felt unsafe. He is very knowlegable, friendly and outgiong. Great guide on UAE history. Def would recommend the tour and Tehseen.

Desert Safari in July - Iltaf, our guide for the deser safari was very accommodating and patient. He took time walking us through the safari from hotel pick up to hotel drop off. He was kind enough to take our photos, encourage us to try sandboarding and set the stage with lively music throughout the safari trip. Definitely the highlight of our vacation :)

Incredible desert tour - We had an incredible desert tour with Ghafor! From dune bashing and quad biking to camel riding and dune surfing, every activity was thrilling and well-organized. Ghafor was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, sharing many interesting facts about the city throughout the tour. He also took numerous photos, capturing all the wonderful moments. Highly recommend this unforgettable experience with Ghafor as your guide!

Great Day in the Desert - The combination and sequence of activities and leisure was just right and highly enjoyable. The facilities at Al Khayma Camp were possibly as authentic as possible (which is not completely of course) and enabled us to have a very relaxing and enjoyable evening. Special mention for our driver and guide during the day, Sherif, even though of course most people follow the same program he nevertheless went out of his way to make it feel like a personalized experience, with success!

The above were very good
Drive to and from the various sites was enjoyable as it gave a very different view of The UAE compared to the metropolis that is Dubai.
Handling of the Falcon was good but judging by the state of the Bird it had been presumably mishandled? by its Owner in order to tame the Bird.
The Sand Bashing was a let down whether this was due to the Driver being cautious is open for debate.
The Sand Boarding was a let down also but the big plus from this was the wonderful scenic views we had of the Desert and nearby mountains. Maybe you should remove the Sand Boarding and rename it ‘The Views of The UAE’.
An observation was the amount of litter/rubbish that was seen on the Car Desert Trails used for ‘Sand Bashing’ and on route to the Desert Camp. Not sure who is responsible for tidying this up but this is an issue that definitely needs addressing.
