They are not serious - I had a voucher via Viator for a cruise but the info that I received where not correct. On voucher is written only that the ship is opposite to Radisson Blue. When you get there no one knew about this company.
I called on phone no from the voucher...and the lady seemed not to know anything about my voucher.
Finally she told me the name of the ship and guess what.....it was in front of a different hotel (not Radisson)
When I get there I told the reservation name and they told me they don't have such a booking on my name.
I called again the lady who wanted to talk with someone from the ship to clarify. In the end we went on the ship.
Also on voucher says that the departure is on 19:30, but actually should be 20:30. In reality the departure was at 21:00.
The food was ok, the music was also nice, but arriving there was an adventure.

Nice - The cruising is ok, the music was ok, but it was too long. No need for food, food was not good, maybe just appetizers for guest

Run away from this boat - Some months before our trip, we were looking for a boat where we could have dinner, and we found this one. We saw that it had shows inside, international food (including vegetarian), and that the outside looked like an ancient boat. When we arrive there, everything was different : The boat was completely different from the picture on the website, We could barely see the show inside, they only had south Asian food (The majority was spicy, so a lot of people in our group didn’t eat it and there were almost no options) and it was served like in a school canteen. Therefore, I wouldn’t recommend this trip on this boat to anyone. This was full of misinformation. We payed 282€ to have a completely different service than what it was proposed. In other words, we would like to be reimbursed. This is unacceptable in Dubai standards.
