Must have experience!!! - It was a wonderful dinner and great show. Finding the ship was a challenge but we were able to call the number on the reservation and they gave us great guidance.

Dhow dinner cruise - We departed on the Dhow (wooden boat) for our cruise from the Dubai harbour. Great communication from the tour operator (Arabian destination ) prior and on the day. We went with our child aged 8 and there were plenty of vegetarian options. We booked the lower deck with air con and enjoyed the evening entertainment. Great value for money. Buffet was good options and they checked the temp of food before serving. Plenty of drink service throughout. Great evening.

Good time - Cruise wonderful entertainment good but let down with prepaid transport to and from event told due to Christmas traffic they could not provide transport. Did refund the cost

Very bad customer service dow cruise Celeste - We booked “VIP” dow cruise dinner “celeste” boat for four adults on Jan 2, 2025. Our experience was horrible. With guys right away hoarding us into crowded corners away from the windows claiming those are for people of 8! Then they had the audacity to insist that we will be paying for the food as we did not follow their instructions etc. Total waste! Avoid them!

horrible: tiny buffet no dessert, unpleasant staff, we charge drinks supposed to be free, tour 45min, worse c - Horrible: we are offered a juice, as soon as the glasses are finished we are asked to pay 45 aed. the buffet: rice and pasta with just a piece of chicken and a piece of fish served by a waitress all very spicy. lukewarm water and a Coke. no dessert. the boss waits with his arms folded in front of the buffet and looks at what you put on your plate. cruising time 45 minutes. the photographer very insistent on selling you the photos, aggressive limit if you refuse. display of goods for sale next to the buffet. proposal of henna to 10 eur botched. we are here to spend a max. worst cruise
