100/10 - My parents went on this cruise for my mom’s birthday and she was the happiest person alive. They had cut a cake for her, had balloons, and allowed me to request a song to play for her for the cake cutting. The staff were extremely nice and helpful and they really enjoyed this. I am so appreciate for the staff in making my vision come true from 7500 miles away.

Profesional arabian team - I can rank 5 stars from 5.
The cruise was wonderful and thanks to the team from Arabian, my wife was so surprise for her birthday ( balloons and cake).
Also As a gift for her birthday I received an upgrade for the cruise, all was paid with card ( even the picture onboard).
I fully recommend anyone to communicate with Arabian for any entertainment in Dubai.

Very nice experience - Staff was very accommodating and helpful. Upon arrival we noticed that our booking was for day later and requested staff if they can change the booking for today. They were very helpful and accommodate us for the same day without extra cost. Cruise was amazing for Marina views and live shows. Food was also good

Magical Marina - Dhow Marina Cruise was just magical. The weather was a little warm. You have the option of choosing between the lower deck (Air conditioned) or open upper deck. We chose the upper deck. The views were lovely from both decks. We were warmly greeted by the staff. Once seated we were offered water bottles and mango juice drink. This was greatly appreciated since the weather was warm. The food was lovely (better than expected) and the entertainment was fantastic which enhanced the experience further. Marina was beautiful. I definitely recommend this to family and friends. Thank you for the service and the recommendation.

Ho hum dinner cruise - The people were nice. The boat was ok. Food was adequate at best. Entertainment was passing. Expected some narration of the ride. Was just ok.
