Great place to visit - Really enjoyed this experience. Teenage daughter found it to be really good. Waiting times not too bad (1 hour). Staff very good. Fantastic views over Old and New Dubai. Great photo opportunities. A great place to visit.

A must see attraction - Didn’t need to pay the extra skip the li e fee ticket as there was no line when we got there , very efficient moving the people thru to the top , a unique minders marvel

Dubai Frame - Online ticket was not issued on time. We have to call the tour operator in order to issue the tickets. Our schedule was at 11:30 but receive the ticket after 12 that is after we call them

Save some money - Dont waste your time on a skip the line ticket. Only means you dont have to queue to buy a ticket, you join the line like everybody else

Skip-the-line ticket is false advertising. Buyer beware! - This review is about the tour operator Holiday Tours, LLC and their deceptive advertisement and not of the Dubai Frame itself. Holiday Tours sells "skip the line tickets" which is not true. When you visit the Frame you will see that the line to buy tickets is not very long. It is the line waiting to enter the Frame that can average 2 hours long during peak hours of the day. However, the Frame operator does not offer you to skip this line. We verified this with the ticket booth. We ended up calling Viator to cancel the tickets and get our money back. Furthermore, I would recommend just buying the tickets at the booth or even online via the Dubai Frame's website as they cost less than $15 USD.

Must be okay with crowds and disorganisation. Buy tickets there. - This ticket didn’t work at the frame - in fact we were unable to actually download our ticket from the confirmation email and waited 1/2 hour at the frame for staff to try and figure out. Go early. At 1030 the frame was crowded, there were school and tour groups and we waited another 1/2 hour to get down in the lift as they were prioritising these groups.

The ticket you sold me was not in a format allowed by the security at the Frame . I had to purchase another ticket - Your ticket was not in acceptable format, had to buy another. Refund or I will dispute charges . Security would not accept the ticket , You need to fix This
