The Frame driver - The driver was at least 15 minutes early and was very patient with us, as we were a bit late. He did not have our contact number and spent time trying to locate us in the hotel, for which we thanked him profusely. He also waited for us, while we were in the Frame and his driving was careful and attentive. All in all a pretty good experience with this tour operator.

A Frame of Excellent March 2020 - We were very happy with the pick up and drop off in a clean vehicle with a very helpful driver. There had been some problem about the admission tickets and the driver quickly called the office to address and rectify. He was friendly and courteous which gave us an excellent experience. He was clear with his communication for pick up and drop off. Very happy with this company. Sorry for the late review.

Walking across the glass bottom floor - Initially, I did not think a private driver was necessary, but so happy we had a driver to pick up and drop off service to our hotel. The Frame is quite a distance from the Pullman Jumeriah and a cab would have been inconvenient. The driver was friendly. However, the company did not make him aware that he would have our entry tickets into the Frame. He happily paid for our tickets and all was resolved.
