Very good tour guide Muhammad Owais - It was a wonderfull experience, Muhammad Owais a marvelous guide, well prepared, know a lot about the city and gave me a beautiful tour. He speaks a perfect english also. The best guide ever. The perfect time, very puntual and very kind. I definitely recommend a tour with him.

Wonderful tour experience - Javed was a great tour guide! He was so knowledgeable and very passionate about his work! So easy to talk to and very very nice! I would definitely recommend doing Javed’s tour during your trip to Dubai! We learned so much about Dubai. This tour was so worth it! Also, We loved going to the top of the Burj Khalifa and going on the boat to the market! It was a great day! Javed was wonderful to ride along with all day!

Fascinated with the tours - Misha was very kind and had a lot of patience with English, we understood everything he explained to us even though my wife didn't understand English much, she used a translator.

Excellant Tour - Our driver was Excellant, very knowledgable and took us to all the best locations! He took us to a great local resturant for lunch,, so good we bought him lunch.

Highly recommended for thr 1st time visitors in Dubai - Our guide Misha was amazing. She planned the things well on every visit to avoid the crowds, so the entire tour went very smooth. She was very friendly and gave us thorough explanations on every tour spot to make the experience informative and rememberable. Absolutely loved the tour and the city of Dubai!

Nice packaged Dubai Day tour - Could have been an excellent service if not spoiled by a minor but impactful mistake !!! - Aileen did a super job getting our tickets organised for Full Day Dubai City Tour with Burj Khalifa Ticket 'At the Top'. However, the tour did not start at 9am as booked from Sofitel Downtown Dubai where we stayed. Sent messages via the app which did not get any attention. The contact number provided for customer service did not work as no one answered. I had to seek substantial help from the Concierge. Their job was also very difficult as I received no name of the Dubai taxi service provide/alternate phone number in Dubai/email id of the taxi company. Sofitel finally found another number. The driver said that he did not get the info for the tour until we had called. In all it was a very frystrating experience for having spent USD620 and lost nearly 90 mins of the tour right at the beginning. I must say that the driver was fantastic as he connected with whoever to get an authorisation for his service. This should not happen at all. This is why I have rated it as marked. Had this been very professional without losing time, I would have given 100% rating. Ali (the taxi driver in Dubai) really scores 10/10.
