Feedback for Dilshad (tour guide) - Had an amazing and knowledgeable tour about Dubai with Dilshad (tourist guide). Brilliant in his job, he told us so much about Dubai in only half day city tour of Dubai.
Spoke fluent English and Hindi. Had good sense of humour and above all was very polite.
Very punctual guy and ensured the trip was on time at every stop.

Good - Very nice tour.. Covered most of the iconic places in Dubai.. Muhammed Dilshad was the tour guide and he knows the place and the history like the back of his hand. Well done.

Excellent and supportive staff rayna - The trip was amazing with Rayna and in particular Zahid guide and driver Ahsan khalid. They are so patient and helpful at all moments. I was travelling with a personal wheelchair and they are so helpful making our trip a memorable one. Will refer them for sure.

Nice city tour experience - Zahid guide and driver Ahsan khalid. They were on time, helpful,understanding and very informative. I asked many questions and he answer me very politely. We even forget the time but remind us very nicely.

City tour - Did the city tour with Rayna. Unfortunately had a bad experience with the tour guide as he was not friendly with people who have special needs. Also the pick-up driver who wasnt punctual that made us missed the first tourist attraction. Thanks to my agent Mr Wafa Abbas, he quickly settled my issue. The tour was OK. But I'm hoping more improvement from the tour guide and the drivers as they represent the company and the country.
