Very knowledgeable and cool bus - First let’s start with the pick up. My tour guide informed when he arrived. When we met in the lobby he greeted himself and explained what will be happening. Francis was very knowledgeable and was excellent. The bus driver was an excellent driver. With me myself being a bus and tractor trailer driver. The bus driver really was a very good driver. Francis assist with help taking photos on the tour for everyone that was on the bus. Francis the tour guide was VERY EXCELLENT.

Dubai - Interesting tour. Francis was great. Just wish a food stop could be added. Also which the Dubai marina could be added to check out some of the walk at the marina...

Excellent Overview of the City! - Adham was an excellent guide and we were able to see many different places in the city on the half day tour!

Dubai top 20 must see attractions - Francis was our guide for the Dubai top 20 must see attractions. Francis was on time; hard to do with traffic. He introduced himself to everyone that he picked up, then introduced that person to everyone else. Francis explained the history of Dubai throughout the day. He was very engaging to everyone in the group. If you asked a question, Francis had an answer. He went above the standard, and was very articulate in his explanation. Overall good guide, but an even better person. The trip was exciting, but Francis made it fun.

Wow 10/10 Splendid - Francis or Francis was the best tour guide everrrr! He was so knowledgeable, encouraged questions and was so pleasent. My group had a wonderful time with him and his personality was so fun. This tour hit all the important spots of Dubai and with the knowledge of Francis it gave a bit more! 10/10 this was a great tour!

Only top ten - Although actually only top ten sights. Francis our guide was excellent and was very helpful. Good pace your but never felt too rushed.

Good experience - Seeing all the sites around Dubai. Was a bit rushed with all the sites to visit. Maybe a 30 minute break for lunch would be a good idea as the tour lasted 5 & half hours and more water offered as it’s so hot.

Worthwhile if you want to see a lot in one day - It was nice to see a little bit of a lot in one day to decide where we wanted to explore more in detail. I had not planned on visiting the Dubai mall because I lived in Minnesota for two years and visited the Mall of America many times. I have to admit, it was worth seeing. The place we went back to was the gold and spice souk. We had planned on doing the museum of the future but they were sold out on the day we wanted to visit. Our tour guide had a challenging group which impacted us as well. My suggestion for the tour is to let everyone know they have a certain amount of time to shop or use the bathroom or to follow the guide and if people aren’t back in time, they will be left behind.
