Awesome day! - This was such a perfect day! We were a group of friends took of at jetskies at 9 in the morning. Our supergreat guide Sado took us to Atlantis, Burj Al Arab and for the city view. He was sooo smiley and fun to be with! We got a lot of fun pictures too. We have been at this trip a few times before, and we will definitive come back. Thank you so much for making this trip so great for us and our friends who were visiting Dubai for the first time🥰

You have to be in Sadok’s group tour. Worth Every Minute!! - This tour is not for the weakkkk! It was so exciting and our Instructor Sadok took the best pics and videos of me. Even though I could not keep up he still made the activity super fun.

Rude, did not deliver on advertised benefits , pressures - We were told the money paid would include photos and videos by the Burj al Arab and Atlantis hotel As soon as we got there we were greeted by a really abrupt rude man saying hurry hurry you have to be on for four (it was 3:45) , rushed us through the locker situation and onto our jet ski …. Told my son off for being on the wrong jet ski although he had been told by his colleague to go on another one - 5 mins of do this do that and we were off Within 10 mins our instructor told us - if you want to see the Atlantis you have to go faster otherwise we run out of time .. we were first timers so were a little anxious - after 10 mins more he told us - too slow you can’t get to Atlantis so just play around by the sail hotel …. He then sped off and expected us to keep up - shouting all the time quicker quicker My daughter in the end didn’t want to carry on so jumped on with me and another family took her jet ski. Our guides phone then stopped working and as we have been told you take phones at your own liability - we had left ours back at the locker .. we then spent 5 mins waiting for him to sort phone out for him then to take 5 photos of the same thing of each of us …… no video at all! We got back later than the planned hour - felt it was our fault but actually our guides for wasting time with the phone We then told to write a review on trip advisor the minute we got off and left to it No ice cream, no videos and a few poxy photos Absolutely gutted for my kids - so wished I had taken my own camera to treasure this once in a lifetime opportunity - but no Atlantis and just feeling under pressure the whole time To go quicker - not fun or relaxing

AWFUL, UNFAIR, RUDE - LOOK ELSEWHERE!!!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND We had our experience on 7th October at 9am. Myself and my partner did the jet ski experience for the first time and we were joined alongside 2 females who had clear previous experience (to the instructors liking). When we got there, we explained that it was our first time and they told us not to worry! When we started, Akila (the instructor) went off in front with the other people, they must’ve been about 200m+ away from us, leaving us behind. After he took our photos the instructor sped off, leaving us behind (again) and told us to wait where we were. Not even 2 minutes went by and we ended up capsizing, with me and my partner being thrown into the water, whilst he was “flirting” with the two young girls, again about 200m+ away. We shouted help, I myself got slightly panicked and the instructor did not even seem to care, I stated how unsafe we both felt and that we wanted to go back and that he did not care for our wellbeing, to which he stated “you will be okay”, we got back on our jet ski, he phoned the main reception and stated that we were “slow” and then sped off once again, leaving us behind. He continued doing the same thing, leaving us behind and chasing after the two girls, showing them tricks and all that stuff. He then took our final photos, and had the audacity to ask “why you so angry” and laughed at us, when he then sped off to the girls, once again. I don’t think I have ever felt so belittled and treated so rudely by a place like this before, so if you are trying this out for the first time or are fairly new to it, do not go, whatsoever. We were not treated fairly at all and when he explained this, they said “we hope you come again”🤯 We’re not ones to complain but when we’re made to feel the way we were today, I had to share our thoughts/experience. If you are not a young blonde girl who is pretty decent at jet skiing then you may as well not waste your money because you’ll just be left behind.

Ran out of fuel - Our jet ski ran out of fuel which meant we was sat out in for the ocean for a good 40 minutes until they brought us another jet ski was suppose to be 1 hour we was out there for 2 hours
