Amazing !! - Amazing fun experience, would 100% recommend this to anyone one wanting to jet ski while in Dubai, our guide Prasard made our experience the best it could be :)

Great service. Great experience. Definitely back! - Unser erster Jetski Ride. For testing. 2 days later we did the 2h tour. the 30 min tour booked through GetyourGuide; the 2h tour (from home) directly at the base. We lived at the JBH. Arrival by Hala taxi. ordered by Careem. The best solution. Especially: Significantly cheaper than the provider located at the hotel. One of the most beautiful and (UNFORTUNATELY! compared to Germany) best stories: Mentioned 200 times in advance that we need our passports. I'll leave our passports at the hotel. No... the hope that no one there cared was in vain. Without a passport (at least one photo on the phone) nothing would have worked. And postponing... wasn't either. In Germany it would have been. In Dubai.. the service representative will help you call the hotel. Connected from the Jumeirah headquarters.. to the JBH.. to reservations (team).. to the teamlead.... and without a GDPR form I had my passport by mail after 3 min. Dear Germany: That's how it works! Simple changing rooms. Some kind of one-man wardrobe... and two of them. Little loose.. into which everything fits, if you don't carry another wedding suit. (Yes... the German heart gets pulsed... and you already think about the claim with the theft insurance. It was just our first day in Dubai. Today we know: We could have put our wallets, jewelry and smartphones open - and nothing would go away.) Short briefing. (there is not much to explain now). a few minutes at walking pace through the marina..... and then we started. Everyone at their pace. If you think along, see if everyone is there.. and turns a big circle or small donut... then everyone is together again. Photoshoot in front of Burj al Arab. We wouldn't have needed that. a) I'm not that photogenic, b) the water protection cover doesn't make it look half as beautiful as it is afterwards. (The guide basically shoots the videos with your phone. If you don't take one with you, the guide takes his own.. and transfers it via WhatsApp) Return trip..... further out on the more. And... "free travel for all." Quick fresh water shower.. change and off to the taxi... to the pool at JBH It's just fun! We will be back next time! To the 2h tour: Oh my god.... Two hours is already sports. (Tip: I'll put on my oldest gloves from the gym next time. On the throttle I rubbed something bad - but that didn't diminish the fun). We were alone with the guide. Are down to JBR. There then sometimes in the marina to work out on your own (after all loose 20 min). On the return trip the guide took my wife...... and then felt Business Bay could exhaust me. Photostops at Ai'n Dubai, JBR Beach, Atlantis The Palm, Burj Khalifa Even so 5 min from the marina again long time to cruise on your own direction. If you master a three-setter, you don’t need to explain that it was significantly cheaper than the 30 min tour.

Highly recommended- best value for money! - Booked an evening tour with my wife. The guys were very welcoming and smiling. We felt comfortable as soon as we entered. The place is fulfilled with games, soft drinks, snacks and music in the waiting area. Evenings are kind of busy but they ensure that you do your full trip. We went to burj Al Arab where in instructor asked to turn off the engine for safety reasons but we asked him if we could just play a little bit while his clicking others. Instructors are super cool allowed us to play in a safe area. We came back with a huge smile and amazing photos.

Jet ski - Great tour with guide Akila. First time driving a yet ski but I felt very safe and it was a lot of fun for the family. 100% recommended.

Nemo jet ski 30 mins - Great fun, 30 mins was just not long enough, would do again, plenty of photos taken and air dropped to us, would suggest wearing goggles as salty water got in my eyes, apparently I just needed to go faster

Great experience - Amazing experience will definitely recommend and we are re booking for later in the week. Prasad was our fantastic guide took loads of photos for us and made our experience fantastic.

Jet Ski for a newbie - Booked 30min ride, first time using jet ski, was fun. FYI, small lockers are provided but but no locks. Best not to bring valuables, we had photos of our IDs on our phones which they accepted. The capitano leads you out after a brief safety briefing. Rode up to Burj to click pics then routed back. Personally 10 min is wasted as you have to wait until everyone finished with taking pics before moving off as a group again...they should let you ride in the vicinity whilst waiting for others, otherwise good experience.

TOTAL RIP OFF, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY - Hired two Jet skis for what I thought would be close to a thirty minute ride thrashing around with a huge grin. When I saw a group of around 8 jet skis I knew there wasn’t going to be much thrashing around. We all headed out in a large group waiting for the slowest rider, there were a few. Once by the Burj Al Arab we were told to switch engines off and wait whilst the guide sped around all riders taking loads of pictures. We were spread over 2-300 metres. Once this was done we headed straight back in. Took no longer than 10 mins to get out to the picture point and even quicker getting back in, I WOULD SAY I HAD 15 mins of driving slow and fast, more slow as the guide kept stopping us for the slowest rider. Have no idea how this firm get so many positive comments, for me it was WASTE OF MONEY, no value what so ever. Definitely wouldn’t go back. Spoke with another rider and they were annoyed as well. Two jet skis cost 540 AED. Thought I was getting three jet skis as I booked three people only to be told I could only have two or pay for a third at a cost of 270 AED, BIT MISLEADING.

Please don't waste your money!!!! Book elsewhere - We booked are trip for 5th August we booked the package for 30 minutes with Refreshments and ice cream. Once we was out on the jet ski for over 15 minutes in 2 stages. Even though there was 3 instructors out with us. And the other guests were having trouble with there jet ski which I understand it can be difficult having worked in the water sports world for over 5 years. If you pay for 30 minutes you should receive 30 minutes not less than 15 minutes because the instructor left to see what was going on and another time because he forgot something. TAKE A WATCH! Because seeing other reviews and speaking to people they seem to do this many times. NO REFRESHMENTS NO ICE CREAM AND LESS THEN HALF THE TIME WHICH WE PAID FOR. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. we have book for a second time witha. Different group.
