Fun way to see Dubai from the water - Surpassed expectations. Was given free rein to push the jet skis to the limit or at your own pace. Refreshingly relaxed and our lovely guide Zito was great and took loads of brilliant photos that were free of charge and air dropped at the end. Would highly recommended. A great way to see Atlantis and the burj Al Arab on the palm.

Nice activity in Dubai - It was a lovely experience. Our guide was nice and explained everything in detail before we left and continued with the great job until we returned. On the downside though, they state here that they offer pics and videos, I only got pictures (asked one of the people we went with and they also got pics only.) I think that was rather unfortunate cos I left my phone knowing I will be getting pictures and videos. The pictures were also not nice, only a few can be deemed ok. I asked one of the guys later and he said it depends on weather. Not sure how weather allows for 28 pics but not a 10 sec video, but hey, what do I know.
Other than that, everything else was perfect. Had icecream after and then went about my day. I would recommed it.

Jet ski with photos & ONE ice cream - We used nemo for the jet skis with burj al Arab photos - overall the experience was good; however a few concerns.
- The jet skis didn’t have brakes, unlike others we had used in Dubai.
- The tour was literally ride to the burj al Arab get photos and ride back, no free time to ride around.
- We were with 4 other jet skis and while are the burj we had to turn our engines off and wait unlike everyone had pictures taken so took up a lot of our 30 minutes.
- Finally when arriving back to the port we were forced to leave a 5 star review on get your guide, which then the guide sent us the pictures and instructed we had 1 free ice cream between 2 people.
Not trying to be too negative but just areas to improve in my opinion, the pictures at least were great.

Don't do it with nemo - The activity is good but do NOT do it with NEMO. We had the activity one day and they waited for us to get there to let us know that we could not do it because of the condition of the sea, when we rescheduled it they told us that they knew before that we would not be able to do it. We rescheduled the activity and when we went we had to wait an hour, when it was already dark and cold. We did the activity together and they wouldn't let us change bikes.

Do not waste your money - The guide refused to take videos because of "lack of time", even though it was mentioned in the tour description that photos and videos were included. No water or ice cream offered, even though it was also mentioned in the description. Purely false advertisement. Lockers are provided without locks. When asked they said they'd lock them when we start the activity, but there were still no locks when we came back. So don't bring any valuables. The employees were also extremely rude and impatient, yelling at customers when they didn't know how to maneuver the jet ski. At the end of the tour, the guide takes your phone to go to their Google page and literally forces you to write a review in front of them, which is why they have 5 stars. They show no regard for customer service. We visit Dubai probably once in a lifetime and they don't care about your experience at all, only about time and money.

AVOID THIS SPOT! - Worst tour I've ever experienced. Totally false advertising; half of the things mentionned on their website weren't even done. The host was rude and kept rushing us saying that we don't have time. No videos were taken in front the burj al arab and when requested, he got mad. That's without mentioning that my Jet ski stopped working 6 times in the 30 minutes lapse time and had to restart it in order for it to work. My girlfriend's jet ski was also missing gas, but noticed before leaving and notified them and they switched her to another one. These guys are extremely unprofessional and unprepared. Overall a terrible experience, don't fall for their fake 5 starts reviews that they force you to put after the tour.
