A visit that makes you want to come back longer! - A very rhythmic tour that gives an insight into the wonders of Dubai! Time is running out at times. Good explanations from the Guide and safe driving of the bus. Just a regret during the express “visit” of the museum because mostly oriented towards the sale of carpets even if the work on them is breathtaking!

Custom Dubai city tour - Great custom tour of Dubai as per our requested itinerary. Nice comfortable vehicle, accommodating, skillful and polite driver, and all at an attractive cost. Would certainly engage again if/when back in Dubai.

Last-Minute City Tour - We recently enjoyed a half-day city sightseeing tour in Dubai. Freddy, our guide, was incredibly entertaining and engaging, sharing fascinating insights about Dubai’s history, culture, and landmarks. His enthusiasm and storytelling made the tour both informative and enjoyable. Muslim was professional, and his smooth navigation allowed us to make the most of our time. Despite booking at the last minute, both Freddy and Muslim were very accommodating. We visited the Souks, Dubai Frame, and took photos outside the Museum of the Future, the royal grounds and Burj Al Arab. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Feedback for Dilshad (tour guide) - Had an amazing and knowledgeable tour about Dubai with Dilshad (tourist guide). Brilliant in his job, he told us so much about Dubai in only half day city tour of Dubai. Spoke fluent English and Hindi. Had good sense of humour and above all was very polite. Very punctual guy and ensured the trip was on time at every stop.

Good but room for improvement - Overall a good tour I'm glad we did, but a few issues that left a bad shadow on the tour. First think of the tour as a great way to get a quick photo/taste of most of the main attractions of Dubai in a little over half a day so that you can then know where you'd like to return to for further exploration if you have time. BUT be warned BRING YOUR OWN WATER! Our main complaint and irritation was it was a very hot and humid day and in spite of the tour advertising "cold water" all we got about 3 hours into the tour was ONE small 300ml bottle of air temp water. That was it the entire tour. If that's the case, please don't bother listing it as a "inclusive" like something special. Water can be bought at the store for 1 dirham. It's insulting to act like that is a special inclusion. Due to the pace there's really no chance to purchase any either. Our other irritation was they start off talking very tough about not waiting for you if you're not on time back to the bus at each stop and yet at the stop at the souks we waited 30 minutes! for 2 couples who were late. Absolutely ridiculous. These people are out shopping or looking around while the entire bus waits. The tour guide had shared his number and said anyone late could take a taxi to meet us at the next stop. Why didn't that happen? I do wish they were honest about the tour being subsidized by commissions they obviously receive for stopping at a shop in the spice souk and the Islamic "Cultural" center. The spice shop was nice though and a little negotiation will get reasonable pricing on some good souvenirs so that was fine. The cultural center though takes far longer than is reasonable considering how little time is spent everywhere else. It's a nice glimpse into the crafts and wears of the region, but it's like walking in a museum except that everything is for sale if you can afford it. I don't believe most people on a shared tour like this are looking to spend hundreds of dollars on gold stitched carpets or other such items. For the most part it was well organized except that after getting picked up at our hotel we had at least a 20 minute wait at the "meeting point" where several vehicles come together to hop on the large bus. The driver had even arrived early and we rushed to come downstairs. All so we could sit in a parking lot and wait for a bus. We also had another case where we stopped at Jumeirah Beach and the bus was very late returning. We ended up standing with little shade in the heat and humidity for well over 30 minutes and I didn't feel very well after that. No explanation for what happened and of course no water either.
