Departure area is Dubai Harbour situated on Dubai Harbour Marina. Enter the parking area by making a u-turn at the end of the road (Dhow cruise boats will be moored on the right). Look for tour operator "TOUR DUBAI" where our welcoming staff will be awaiting your arrival.

Looking for a unique and enjoyable cruise experience - We did a Marina Dinner Cruise last night and I have to say it was fantastic!! The food and service were nothing short of excellent. One of the staff members was especially helpful. Alaa joined in with our girls enthusiasm for dancing making their experience in their words 10 times better. She was friendly and interactive not with us but with others on the cruise.

Unforgettable experience - Stunning views and Unforgettable experience.
For more thrilling experience, Arrive early to choose a good spot on the dhow for optimal views and seating, The upper deck offers open-air seating with the best views, while the lower deck provides air-conditioned comfort.

Great trip! - Great trip! Boat tour was excellent- we were celebrating a birthday and they helped make it special with a cake and signing!
Amir M was our driver and answered all of our questions and even gave us more information about UAE and Dubai. 10/10 would recommend!

An experience worth doing - Great experience, the cruise itself is amazing to take in all the views. Our driver Ahmed this was the second tour with the same driver was fantastic really enjoyed having Ahmed as our driver.

Fantastic Dinner - I gave a 4 out of 5 but not because I didn’t enjoy the experience. The meal was excellent and I couldn’t have asked for anything better.
Towards the end of the cruise we experienced a drone show which was magnificent and so unexpected. Everyone on the dhow thoroughly enjoyed the spectacle.I give a 5 out of 5 for the dhow and dining. My 4 out of 5 is because I didn’t have a really great experience with the driver who did the pick up and drop off. I was told to expect our pick up between 7 and 7.30. At 6.35 the driver sent a text to say he was waiting in the lobby. At 6.38 I received another text to say he was still waiting in the lobby. We quickly made our way to the lobby and ended up having to ask the doorman to find the driver. He was at his vehicle. When I explained why we weren’t in the lobby he didn’t want to know. Our group felt he was not impressed that he had to wait (realistically only while we made our way to the lobby). The next pickup was basically waiting for the pick up, but the 3rd pickup wasn’t ready. Obviously because he was too early. The driving was atrocious, and we felt it was because he was angry having to wait for people. After the cruise one couple decided they were going back
to their accommodation with other people in another group. So as far as we were concerned the driving on the way back to our hotel was equally as bad as on the way to the cruise. The driver did not receive tips when dropping us off, as our group decided we were not going to pay for very bad service.

Poor experience! - When we arrived at the port the boat was full, dinner had already begun so, we were seated at a table on a tip that was not even prepared. We were not served the entrance and delay to be served water to drink. It was not a nice experience as we expected.

Not worth for the money it was charged. - 2 adults + 2 kids took the 8:30 pm slot on 26Dec2023. Our boat was "Tour Dubai".
Pros:
1. The pick-up service was prompt and timely.
Cons:
1. Chaos at the gate. Multiple boats starts at the same time. Causes the chaos. None to organize / regulate the queue.
2. We were asked to sit in a table where there were stale breads baskets. Had to ask to change it. Leftover side dish were yet to be cleaned. Served the coke w/o fizz. That means the bottles were kept open for longer durations.
3. Food quality and options are limited given the price points.
4. Staffs were in a hurry to finish the dinner part of the cruise asap.
5. The boat was circling at the same spot at least 3 times at the end of the journey to make it to 2 hours.
