Relaxing Marina 2024 - This was an excellent way to end a busy day sightseeing. The tour was relaxing and yet very entertaining. The views from the marina were breathtaking. This a must tour when visiting Dubai.

Well organised - Al khaleej dinner dhow cruise so fun.
Very well organised, the staff were very humble especially thanks to Chan who helped us with the table on the upper deck and surprised birthday celebration.

Great service, amazing views! - Good food, great show and fantastic views! Went with my husband and 2 daughters (13 and 15). We booked at the Upper floor but we were feeling sick because of the heat!! They kindly fix us a table down where the have air conditioner! We had a great kind!! The crew and personal were very kind, friendly and respectful!

The staff was excellent, and I want to thank Rayna Tours for accommodating my requests for my husband’s surprise birthday arrangements! I couldn’t have done this without your help. Loved!! - dhow cruise on the marina was great. food was great, staff was great. I gave a 4 instead of 5 star due to alot of the premium drink options on the menu were unavailable. Entertainment was great. scenery was gorgeous. and good price. would recommend. stay in lower level if you going during summer months, upper deck can be uncomfortable due to hot weather.

Memorable - Cruise and dinner was good. Sameer from Rayna tours who is placed in courtyard at Marriot reception area is very helpful in planning out with our Dubai and Abudhabi sight seeing. He went above and beyond our expectations in replying to our queries and organizing tickets. He gave valuable suggestions on how best to use our 4 day stay here. I highly recommend him for planning the tours here

Go for ambience and not for food. - Worst Food I ate in Dubai.
I've provided 3 stars for the dancer who did Arabian Dance. He was very good. The ambience was average. The boat ride was nice.
But the food was pathetic. They don't even know how to make pasta.

Painfull experience - Hi I am sharing my painful experience with Rayan tours for my booking of Dhow Cruise.
I booked cruise for 16th Feb 2024, for my family.we arrived on time for our trip and dinner, but on arrival we were informed that due to some technical issue which could not be resolved the sail was cancelled and staff there apologised and informed us that the money will be refunded
After multiple calls to contact person mentioned in the booking I was informed to contact company sales person and send a mail to company for same.
After multiples messages and to the sales person and multiple e mails regarding my refund I was insulted with the statement that only you have complaint out of the 100s of booking happened that day.
After continuous follow-ups and persuasions I finally got my booking amount back in my credit card account on 24 may 2024.after 3mnths and 10 days.
Overall it was a very horrible experience and i will recommend that anyone doing booking with Rayan Tours be mindful of these facts and are suggested to look for better alternative options.

Avoid at any cost !!! - We were approached by the Rayna Tours rep Jay Kumar Ramchandani at our Hotel, the Hilton Canopy. He was not the usual rep, Jamila ?. there. This Jay guy was very rude and pushy. He gave us a "discounted" rate of 250AED per person for the upper deck. He promptly started pitching me to buy real estate through Rayna.....wtf !!???!! He also gave my number to another Indian woman that called me about real estate investing.....bizzare. The pickup was an hour late, the seating was horrible. By the time we got there, we were escorted to our seats and even though a corner table was available, we were not allowed to sit there. The food was terrible and the service worse. The staff were entirely Desi (Indian, Pakistan, Bangladesh) with bad, sourly attitudes and kept rushing us through our food. When we got dropped off, the a/c in the vehicle broke down and 9 of us including a baby were stuck in 96F temps for an hour.
