Great trip! - Great trip! Boat tour was excellent- we were celebrating a birthday and they helped make it special with a cake and signing! Amir M was our driver and answered all of our questions and even gave us more information about UAE and Dubai. 10/10 would recommend!

An experience worth doing - Great experience, the cruise itself is amazing to take in all the views. Our driver Ahmed this was the second tour with the same driver was fantastic really enjoyed having Ahmed as our driver.

Better than expected - We had a great time. The food was okay but the music was good. What I liked about it was it was outside the top of the boat.

Very disappointed. Food... - Very disappointed. Food and experience were way below expectations despite paying over US$ 100 per person.

Not worth for the money it was charged. - 2 adults + 2 kids took the 8:30 pm slot on 26Dec2023. Our boat was "Tour Dubai". Pros: 1. The pick-up service was prompt and timely. Cons: 1. Chaos at the gate. Multiple boats starts at the same time. Causes the chaos. None to organize / regulate the queue. 2. We were asked to sit in a table where there were stale breads baskets. Had to ask to change it. Leftover side dish were yet to be cleaned. Served the coke w/o fizz. That means the bottles were kept open for longer durations. 3. Food quality and options are limited given the price points. 4. Staffs were in a hurry to finish the dinner part of the cruise asap. 5. The boat was circling at the same spot at least 3 times at the end of the journey to make it to 2 hours.

Disappointing night out - We booked this cruise through the Go City Dubai pass and don’t believe it is value for money. We boarded and were told straight away that we couldn’t be seated on the open top deck as it was booked out for a large group (not what we expected). They did tell us we could go up after dinner which we did but there was no where to sit and we ended up standing at the front off to one side. We asked for drinks and requested some Heineken’s and a bottle of red wine (2 were listed on the menu). We were informed after a few minutes that there was no Heineken’s or the requested red wine on board. We then asked for the other red wine and was told they had run out. All this was before we left the dock, very disappointing. The food was also luke warm and not hot. The cruise itself was enjoyable and we did enjoy seeing Dubai by night. When we went to pay for the drinks we were charged for an additional 5 beers and after a discussion this was removed, disappointed that this happened at all. Overall I wouldn’t recommend this cruise due to the above. Hopefully this is noted and fixed in the future.
