Great water trip - We had a great tour. Ours was a small group and the crew were very friendly and we had plenty of opportunities for photo stops. It was good to see Dubai from the water, even if it was a bit bumpy on occasions. The crew gave us bottles of water which was welcome in 40°. Well worth the money for the experience.

A must in Dubai - A very great boat tour! Were there in 38 degrees and full sun, but the relative wind was really pleasant and above all you forget the heat at the speed immediately. So not only was it interesting to see the buildings from the water, but it was also a lot of fun!

Excellent speed boat excursion with a great guide - Amazing experience totally recommend. Our guide stopped at the main attractions and gave us information in a very friendly and interesting way . We were also given water . Was a bit hard to find as it was the opposite end to where we were staying and we walked but that was our fault . There are toilets and air con in the place opposite the boats . I loved it and would say just do it if you can

Fun and worth it! - It was fun! A bit hot though, must be enjoyable if winter. But the whole boat tour was very good. Staff were friendly. My hat flew and the boat guy took the effort to get it back even if I told them no need. Thank you, sorry didn’t get his name! Even the Filipino guy who attended my queries was very accommodating. Kudos to the Yellow Boat team!

DECEIVED AND DISAPPOINTED! - We had prebooked the 60 minute Dubai Marina Cruise for today at 6pm to enjoy the sights of the Marina in daylight and nightlight, after watching the sun set at 6.30pm - which was the focus of our booking. However, 3 and a half hours before the trio, we were Whatsapped with an offer to bring forward our trip to 5pm and receive a complimentary upgrade to the 99 minute Premium Tour - but they needed a prompt decision. So I replied asking if we would still see the sun set - and the response was positive, so we accepted. What a big mistake! Having endured an unexpected, back jarring high speed, wave-crashing trip in open water, we returned to the dock only 85 minutes after we left (not 99 minutes) at 6.30pm. Indeed, we had our back to the sun from 6.15 pm in daylight! So not only did we not see the sun set, but also returned to the Marina in daylight. This waz not what we wanted or were promised! We wish they had been honest: we suggest they wanted to combine the 6pm one hr trip with the 99 minute trip at 5pm to save a boat and crew. Had we known the truth, we would have asked for our 6pm trip to be rescheduled or a refund; instead Yellow Boats deceived us, took our money and didn't deliver what was promised. I'm sure some others on the boat got what they paid for, albeit 14 minutes less - but we didn't!
