Will go again! - Arva was such an amazing tour guide. It was a perfect blend of info, humor, and cultural experiences. We did the Iftar tour and it was a wonderful! We cant wait to do a different theme with her. The amount of food was perfect. As someone whose lived in Dubai for a bit, I will say that only 25% of the foods on this particular tour were new to me, but the overall experience more than made up for that (AND the food was delicious!)

Amazing food! Amazing tour guide! Do not miss this tour! - What an amazing eating adventure we had in the streets of Old Dubai! Arva is a phenomenal tour guide - very knowledgeable and friendly and made you feel so welcome. We stopped in so many places for some delicious food and drinks as we learned the history and culture of old cty Dubai. A highlight was being able to sit in the streets and have Iftar with the local community. What an experience!

Perfect Tour for Family - We had THE BEST food tour with Arva who is so funny, passionate and knowledgeable about her city! We broke the Ramadan fast with a huge group of people, sharing in the magical atmosphere of the community at sunset. We wandered around the old Dubai streets/souks and all the food tasted had a special meaning to better understand authentic Dubai. The children (8 and 10 yrs) were kept interested and loved all the food. There was even a little game! Perfect organization and accommodations when needed. We would do all of the Frying Pan Food Adventures if we could! We give this tour 6+ stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

An amazing experience! - Avra is the perfect guide to take you through the Dubai souks offering interesting commentary and delicious snacks. Sharing the Iftar with 5,000 others on the streets of Old Dubai was a truly memorable experience as was finishing the evening with a Yemeni dinner.

An Amazing Iftar Experience - An amazing visit to old Dubai. Behind the gold souls we joined a 5000 strong Iftar in the streets. We tried traditional fast breaking foods ( dates, Laban, congee, samosa, pakora) then we continued our tour trying original bread and snacks before crossing the creek to have a Yemeni meal. All was delicious. This was our third tour with Arva and again we left having enjoyed good company and feeling full.

A shared Iftar - I joined the Ramadan Iftar tour this year for the first time. I am a resident of Dubai but I find the Frying Pan tours a great way to keep memories of old Dubai alive and well. Explore good food, meet new people and learn about some of the history and back stories of some of the lesser-known parts of Dubai.
