Once a bustling gateway to the Gulf’s most prosperous pearl diving port, the Creek’s legendary aura is still palpable today, with fishermen and traders navigating the serene waters in their elegant dhows as part of their daily activities.
The ideal way to experience it all is by embarking on a cultural walking tour of the pedestrian-friendly Al Fahidi Historical Neighborhood, then strolling over to Al Seef to explore its delightful walkways, fully-operational marina, dining boulevard, and events plaza on foot.
Top tip: Al Seef is easily accessible via public transport, with Al Fahidi and BurJuman metro stations serving the area.

- Jumeirah Public Beach - Jumeirah Beach is a public seashore offering water sports activities. It is popular for photoshoots with the backdrop of the luxurious BURJ AL ARAB hotel.
- Burj Al Arab - The Burj Al Arab, meaning Tower of the Arabs, is a luxury hotel located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It is one of the tallest hotels globally, ranking as the fifth tallest, although 39% of its total height consists of non-occupied space.
- Souk Madinat Jumeirah - Souk Madinat stays true to its Arabian heritage while incorporating modern technology. It is famous for its restaurants, offering dining with the added benefit of views over the water.
- Palm Jumeirah - The Palm Jumeirah is an artificial archipelago in the United Arab Emirates, created through land reclamation by Nakheel, extending into the Persian Gulf. - Atlantis, The Palm - Atlantis, The Palm is a world-renowned hotel group located on Palm Jumeirah. Opposite Atlantis, there is a photo stop for capturing the views.
- Museum Of The Future - One of Dubai’s most iconic landmarks, the Museum of the Future is prominently located along the city’s superhighway, Sheikh Zayed Road. Established by the Dubai Future Foundation and set to open on 22 February 2022, the museum explores how society might evolve in the coming decades, blending elements of traditional exhibition, immersive theatre, and themed attractions, allowing visitors to look beyond the present and towards the future’s endless possibilities.
- Zabeel Palace - Zabeel Palace is the residence of Shaikh Rashid, UAE’s former prime minister. It is built in the Zabeel area, which was once just barren land covered with sand. Today, it is surrounded by the dazzling buildings that form Dubai’s skyline. Another Zabeel Palace has also emerged nearby, but it is the old palace that is full of charm. This palace was constructed sometime in the 1960s and was used as a residence until the 90s. The design of this palace is the brainchild of Otto Bulart, who also designed the Clock Tower in Dubai.
