Burj Khalifa, The Palm, Parus Hotel, Dubai Frame, Museum of the Future... - If you want a sightseeing tour of Dubai, then this is a great option. We left at 7:50, we were supposed to be a little later, but the driver-guide Suhail warned us in advance via WhatsApp that due to the large scattering of tourists, in order to have time to pick up everyone and move towards Dubai, you need to get ready early and wait at your hotel in the specified time (the person arrived exactly at the time he indicated, it’s a huge plus for this), While we were driving, we were given headphones (new) for the audio guide built into the bus, set the language on the button (very simple) and listen (the voice acting is somehow tied to the locations we pass and begins to tell various facts about this place). I’ll immediately note that the minibus is comfortable, the fifth point does not turn to stone from a long journey, the air conditioner does not blow like in a freezer, the interior and windows are spotlessly clean. The driver drives carefully, doesn’t slow down like a minibus, doesn’t play checkers or suffer from other nonsense, literally drives like Statham in “Transporter”, we drive up to the place, quickly gets out - opens the door for everyone, says how long we can stay here and where the meeting will be next point. With my poor English, I understood him perfectly well, if everything is really difficult for you, you don’t even have any base, he will translate it for you in Google translator. Only Europeans traveled with us - Spaniards, French, Germans, women, men. Age approximately from 35 to 50. I would always travel with such a company. No unnecessary noise, no whining, no bullshit, all positivity and respect for each other. There is 3 hours of time to see the Burj Khalifa dump, then there is still enough time to have lunch downstairs in the food court, and walk around the shopping center, see the fountain with people flying down, take a photo with the Burj Khalifa itself in the background, etc. Burj Khalifa is, of course, not the only thing we saw, but it’s too long to describe everything else, but I still wanted to leave a short review) Overall - I recommend)

Great Dubai! - It was really a great experience! Well organized and our driver/guide Suhail was patient, professional, kind and very helpful. We enjoined this excursion and we recommend it for having a look of Dubai. Thanks a lot Suhail for making this experience unforgettable!

Dubai in a day - We had a great day, saw all sites including Palm, Jumeriah, markets, 20 min stops for photos. Plenty of stops with restrooms and opportunities to buy snacks. Our guide Suhail was great, very good English and gave us good advice, easy going and made us feel at ease. Headsets given to listen to lots of info on Dubai too. My 2 boys age 12 and 24 really enjoyed it. Loved the trip up to top of the Burj

While I enjoyed the... - While I enjoyed the shared trip overall, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of pacing and itinerary planning. I felt that there were not as many points of interest included in the itinerary as I had understood from the info provided. While the locations we visited were undoubtedly beautiful, I would have appreciated a more diverse range of experiences and attractions along the way and a more engaged and informative tour guide could have enriched the experience further. I offer these comments constructively, to enhance future trips and ensure an even more fulfilling experience for all involved.

We booked this trip on... - We booked this trip on the basis of getting a whistle stop day trip to Dubai whilst staying in Abu Dhabi, in hindsight, we wish we'd just got a taxi and done a hop-on/hop-off bus once there. We were unfortunate in that we were the first to be collected, so it felt like we spent an hour in the minivan before meeting the coach for the 2hour drive to Dubai. We cannot fault the tour guide, Suhail, he was very good and knowledgeable. The stops for photos were quick but fine to get the views, however we weren't expecting a half hour stop at a souk - this wasn't on our itinerary and not really of interest to us. And were really uncomfortable with being dropped off at an 'art museum' for half hour where we were sat in room and given the hard-sell on rugs... really disappointing and an absolute waste of time. What was most frustrating, was that these stops meant we didn't get to Dubai Mall until 13:30, and the fountain show during the day runs from 13:00-13:30, so we missed it. We then had to rush to get up & back down the Burj Khalifa and grab some food before getting back on the bus at 15:30, a quick photo stop at the Dubai Marina and we were back on the bus for the 2hours back to Abu Dhabi and the hour trip dropping everyone off again. Overall, we spent hours getting there and back, to see very little. In future, we will pick out a couple of things we want to see, and make private arrangements rather than booking a tour like this one.

Mixed day - Mixed day, Abu Dhabi Dubai journey too long between the time to pick everyone up (minibus excursion) and the journey to get there, not much time left in Dubai. Some nice downtimes (Jumeirah, the souk) and others less so (a "carpet" market which has nothing to do there for example. We miss lots of other places which would be interesting to discover (architecture, exterior sculptures, too bad... what's more, we finally spent the afternoon just to go up to the top of the Burj Khalifa (almost 2 hours in line to go up, 15 minutes at the top barely to observe and almost 1 hour to go back down 😩 it spoils the visit). I know that in one day you can't see everything, but optimizing the outing is entirely possible

German speaking tour - We had to wait almost 2 hours to get to the top of the tower and then back again! We had to find our way through the mall to the ticket counters and back to the bus. We were late, of course. The trip wasn't worth it for us!
