Shocking service from Viator - Purchased 4 adults and an infant (0-3). On Viator app 3 year olds are free. Got to IMG and they said he was too tall and had to pay full price... $335 AED. He's 3 and not tall enough, nor would have the courage to go on majority of rides. He played in the sandpit and some lame slides for the whole time!
1. Viator ticket Purchase only offer age selection. No mention of height.
2. When I contacted them, after being denied his entry, they could not understand why. They asked why.
3. After understanding there was a height condition for infant tickets, they referred me to IMG websote conditions. I never purchased from or visited the IMG website!
4. They then requested proof of my child's age!
5. None of this was IMG's fault, but paying full price for a 3 yr old who's 105cms and can't go on the majority of the rides if ridiculous!
6. I requested multiple times for Viator to take ownership, and they didn't.
7. OVERALL TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!
