UGT Balloons (Hot-air Balloon Dubai) - Hot Air Balloon Operations Facility The Morning Balloon Ride will start with a pick up from your hotel in Dubai by 04:30 AM (time can be adjusted based on the daylight) and you will be escorted to the take-off point which is 45 minutes from the city. The ground crew will make sure that the balloon is ready to take off as you arrive. After a quick security briefing get aboard the balloon and feel the adrenaline rush as the balloon ascends to the sky.
