Good Excellent - ALYAS It was very good. The buildings in Dubai were gorgeous and futuristic. It was a very lively city with many international people. The food at the restaurant that was introduced to us was also very delicious. It was November, so it was still hot, but it was comfortable.

Beautiful area - 2 hour drive from Dubai. Driver on time to hotel. Brought small vehicle for 6 adults. Called his partner to meet us with larger vehicle. Driver only drove, he did not tour on kayaks with us. We kayaked for several hours over beautiful lake. Tour only includes kayaks, no other boats included although available for extra cost. Said water was included but we bought our own after the tour. Would recommend if you enjoy a long lazy day in a kayak. Nobody available to teach you if you've never been before.

Great day - We booked a kayak tour with this company and our driver Abdul was really nice, he took us everywhere and explained everything about our surrounding. Thank you Abdul for the amazing day and the great photos that you shot for us. The kayak tour was really nice in the hatta dam.

Great Hatta Tour! - Abdul was a great guide! Super informative tour — so much history. We really enjoyed kayaking with the beautiful Hatta mountains as the backdrop.

Kayaking Dubai experience amazing - Our tour guide Abdul was phenomenal! He was able to giving many fascinating facts about places we drove past. He knew all the answers to every question we had and was always very friendly. He was extremely accommodating and happy to go out of his way to give us the best experience possible! The kayaking was also incredible. If you can stand the heat it was so worth it to go during this time of year. My wife and I had the entire lake to ourselves, and that is not an over exaggeration! We were literally the only two people there! We took a GoPro head mount with us and we were able to get some amazing video footage. 100% deserving of 5 stars!

Great Trip - Great experience, Mr.Khan managed the whole trip and was very informative. Hatta bicycle boat rides was fun, the place was beautiful. Would 100% recommend Mr. Khan and Hatta kayak.

Viator need to change the operator for this. - Absolutely awful! Simply put… they did not pick us up and therefore it’s difficult for us to review an experience we did not get! But…. We tried to contact the operator and they did not respond (and still have not). Viator were good enough to investigate this and will provide a refund. But the operator let us down with no apology or recognition of fault. This operator is harming Viatora reputation as I will be reluctant to book anything more from this company.
