Fantastic show - The show is absolutely incredible. The acrobats are stunning and the daredevil rides will take your breath away. The theatre itself is so different but don’t sit too near the front because you may get wet. Try and get good seats in row k as you get a great view but to be honest you get a great view from wherever you sit.

Dynamic show a must see - I attended this show on my birthday. The show was amazing from start to finish, from the lights, the music, the water and the dynamic performers this show by far is a must see.

* A Mesmerizing Spectacle – With Exceptional Customer Service - Our evening at *La Perle* was nothing short of unforgettable – not just because of the breathtaking show, but also due to the incredible customer service we experienced.
Firstly, a big thank you to the *box office team* who were kind, understanding, and quick to assist us when we needed to correct a ticketing error on our part. Their support was prompt and handled with such grace – we were truly grateful.
A special mention also to the *theatre staff*, who handled a tricky situation with professionalism and care. Some guests were occupying our booked seats, and we weren’t able to be seated at the start of the show. Thanks to the swift response of the staff, we were quickly relocated and able to enjoy the performance without further disruption.
As for the show itself – *absolutely phenomenal*. A seamless blend of *acrobatic feats, death-defying stunts, mesmerizing choreography, and stunning visuals* kept us captivated from start to finish. The level of talent and the technical brilliance of the production left us in awe.

Do it! - Absolutely amazing. Acrobatic and athletic dancing of the highest quality, the motor cyclists were sensational, and top class special effects. Not much more I can say really, other than ‘do it’ - trust me, you won’t be disappointed. Absolutely amazing, and money well spent!

Another customer kicking my chair and I don’t get to see the show. They did move me ti a better seat but I missed the sh - was seated in the VIO section, looking forward to the show, especially since it was my first time in Dubai and my first time attending this performance. Unfortunately, my experience was negatively impacted when a guest seated behind me repeatedly kicked my seat. Despite politely asking her to stop, the situation escalated, and I felt humiliated when others began blaming me for the disturbance.
It was incredibly disappointing not to be able to enjoy the show—especially after investing in premium seats. I truly believe it would have been a wonderful performance under different circumstances, but this experience has made me hesitant to return in the future.

Cancel - Our performance was to take place on Sunday at 9 p.m. We took a taxi beforehand. Started with a delay, then paused, asked to remain seated, half an hour later the wait cancelled the performance. Then it was very interesting. They're not doing a performance on Monday and Tuesday, and our plane was back on Wednesday. So we had no options to get on the show. I was emailing with support in whats app, asking if an additional view would be organized as an exception for the reason of cancellation. I was told dryly that the next one is only Wednesday, we're expecting you! Next, I asked for a refund for the tickets and the taxi back and forth (I attached cheques for about 120 dirhams), we were only refunded for the tickets, told that for the taxi they are not obliged to refund. I asked for at least an open-ended discount voucher for our next visit to Dubai (although we had just returned and had no plans to go there again yet, but in the future), the discount voucher was also refused.
My conclusion is no customer orientation, as it's all for tourists who will come, look or not and go back to their cities/countries. I ask management to take action.
It's a shame I couldn't make it to the show and now I definitely won't want to go to it on my next visits.

Extremely disappointed with how La Perle handled a mid-show cancellation. - Extremely disappointed with how La Perle handled a mid-show cancellation.
We attended the performance on 13th April with international guests who had flown in and planned their evening around the show. Unfortunately, the show was abruptly cancelled midway through the performance — causing major disruption to our evening and plans.
While a refund was eventually confirmed (after follow-ups), there has been zero acknowledgment or compensation offered for the inconvenience, time lost, or the poor guest experience. All emails regarding this have been ignored despite multiple requests.
For a brand that markets itself as a premium Dubai experience, I had expected a higher standard of guest care and basic professionalism. Extremely disappointing.
